garlic knots are the best. however, they never tell you an accurate pick up window and always seem grossly understaffed. I feel bad for the front of house person answering phones, taking and running orders and waiting tables.

This is the spaghetti it was like Ragu soup. I got like a handful of noodles and like half a jar sauce. At least provide a spoon or straw for convenience next time Garlic Knot

I might be petty, but it seems like they just reheated an old slice of pizza, or microwaved it. This chunk of the crust was impossible to eat and even the edible parts of the stuffed slice itself seemed overcooked. Ive always had their pasta, and this is the first time I tried their pizza, with no expectations. I would suggest in the future, if they are just reheating pizza to keep an eye on that.

Not recommended. The first time we ordered here, we got a gross pile of uncooked dough and ingredients. We foolishly decided to give them another try, and received spoiled ranch, hot wings that smelled like someone’s sweaty feet in a soup of cheap buffalo sauce that leaked all over the place, and a pizza that was half topped with cheese and toppings. I guess they figured when I ordered a large pizza, a large circle of crust with a small pizza on top would be good enough. For a pizza place, these guys are really bad at making pizza.

The pizza is real close to NY style. Really close. It’s good. The toppings are skimpy though. My wife order artichoke and they gave her maybe a table spoon of artichoke. It’s a shame because the base pizza is great.

Used to absolutely love this place, it was our “go-to” for pizza, Also, they have always had one of the better gluten free pies in town and the best Sicilian pie in town. I feel bad giving them 4-stars, but the signature taste and the “east coast” flair was lacking the few times we’ve ordered from here.

I’ve lived in FoCo going on 6 years & have been going to garlic knot for at least 5 years. I always get their calzones. I use to really love them. Lately I’ve noticed they’re just not very good. The ingredients aren’t fresh & the last time I threw half of the calzone out. I’m sorry but I guess I just have to stop wasting my money & continue fixing my own meals. Seems like it’s that way in a lot of restaurants anymore. Very disappointed.

Ordered Eggplant Parmesan as a vegetarian, waited 45 minutes at the restaurant after the email said it would be ready, received Chicken Parmesan instead of Eggplant. Had already eaten a full bite before realizing. A warning for others with dietary restrictions.

My Chicken Parm “Sub” is quite disappointing. It is two 3 inch wide, 1/2 inch thick chicken patties (that look like something from the frozen food aisle in a grocery store) slapped onto a toasted hot dog bun. The chicken patties are nearly burnt and super dry, like trying to chew leather. Even the sauce didn’t help, except for making the bottom half of the roll super wet. They used to use chicken tenders, but I guess that was a long time ago. The sauce is bland, and the cheese is fairly meh. The mozzarella sticks are also overdone, and the actual garlic knots are doughy as if they didn’t fully cook. For the money I spent and the hour+ I waited for delivery from a store less than 2 miles from my home, I’m very disappointed. Also, my food was delivered across the street instead of to my actual unit (that was clearly noted and correct in my order). Fortunately the person who got my food knows me, and contacted me right away.
