The staff is super nice, Ive only ordered there 4 times now and they already know my name. Food is great. Ive tried the chicken pita, gyro pita, chicken rice bowl, and kabobs, all of them are so good. Its become a family favorite. I dont know what they are but try a pita with Toum and Zhoug, its a great flavor.

Great first experience, got a bowl, wrap, falafel, and hummus. They kept apologizing for our 3 min or so wait for the fresh cooked falafel which I have 0 issue with. Would have gladly waited 10 min for a meal this awesome.

I love Med Fresh! I didn’t know about the location when I first heard of the place, but it is very worth stopping in and trying the food. The staff is friendly and quick, the food tastes fresh and light, and you get a lot of food for your money. Highly recommend!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how delicious the food is at this wonderful spot. I had the chicken bowl and some falafel and my friend had the beef pita wrap. My bowl was absolutely fantastic. My friends wrap was spectacular, the beef was moist and flavorful. Everything was prepared fresh right before our eyes and worth every penny. The gentleman that prepared our meal was so nice, I can’t wait to go back and try something new. So worth the drive from Olathe.

Absolutely the best. Most unassuming place. Don’t be dissuaded by the bland atmosphere. The falafel and shawarma are are simply the best very cordial serving staff. The kitchen and serving area are clean and simple. If you are in Lawrence, and in the mood for Mediterranean food, do not miss this place!

We Love this place–delicious food, generous portions, kind service. We “take a drive” to Lawrence just so we can get some outstanding food. I have gotten my husband hooked as well as my daughter and her husband, who request to go here when they visit from out of state. Hidden gem since you might not expect much from a gas station.
