Absolutely delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The short ribs fell apart beautifullly and the seafood pasta special was superb. Juan took great care of us and was very attentive. One of the nicest restaurants in town. Will definitely come back.

The food, service and ambiance is more than 5 star worthy! We ordered 7 meals and all 7 were made to perfection. The manager Blake was exceptionally kind and warm. Emma our server was polite, prompt and very well versed of the menu. We will all be adding this elegant and beautifully set up restaurant to our favorite lists as #1. Thank you Fresh American for making this birthday special for all who attended.

Love the atmosphere, reminds me of restaurants you find in a city, not lubbock. Service was excellent, food was fresh. My favorite dessert is Bread Pudding, and The Fresh American’s is excellent. Management was very helpful, really nice restaurant.

The prime rib and sea bass was beyond anything I have ever had in Lubbock. The drinks were wonderful and the servers were all educated on the menu with a great attitude. I would recommend the Fresh American to anyone and I’m so glad to have found my new favorite restaurant in LBK.

I was really blown away by this place. Every part of the experience was very enjoyable. The server was always on top of things and I never saw the bottom of my glass of water which is pretty impressive when you’re as thirsty as I am. Has the sliders for an appetizer, and they were probably the best sliders I have ever eaten. We had the pasta special and the shrimp and scallop scampi. Both were exceptional. Largest and tastiest scallops ever. Chocolate lava cake was also to die for.

Amazing food and atmosphere! The braised short rib with risotto was 10/10 and for a great price, in my opinion. Great cocktails too! Can’t wait to come back soon.

From start to finish this restaurant is absolutely percent 5 STARS. The food is amazing, well presented, and clean. You can tell that it’s mostly made from scratch. I will definitely eat here again and again. The service is top notch and we felt like we were in a big city with how we were treated from the minute we walked in the door all the way until we paid our bill. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

A very pleasant surprise to find in our neck of the woods. The food was excellent and high quality. The crab cakes actually had crab rather than thick breading and vegetable filling. The pasta had a homemadeish quality to it, perfectly cooked al dente. The Lamb shank fell off the bone without being overdone. The meal preparation and presentation seemed purposeful and intentional. Good wine selection, and the best tiramisu we’ve had outside of Italy.

Great new spot. High-end menu with lots of good options. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. I had lamb that was amazing. The Flatbread appetizers were great. Good cocktail and wine list. Service was awesome. Glad more places like this are opening in Lubbock.
