When we first walked in, there was a weird vibe. Like we felt everyone’s eyes on us. So we left. But we came back because the other place was worse. The bathroom doesn’t lock and didn’t have soap.

The waiting time is quite long, and the food is quite tiny. The sweet potato chips is soft. Yet the meat is good. The restroom lock is broken too. However the environment is nice. We have ordered apple ciders and soup, which is hot.

A friend and I, both of whom are foodies and love enjoying new dinning experiences, recently had breakfast here, and sadly it was not a good experience. My cup of coffee remained empty as I watched our server eat from behind the counter. (We literally made eye contact with one another.) When I got up from the table to ask for more coffee, a different server told me she would bring it to the table. After doing so, she directed me to the cream which was located on the counter at the FRONT of the restaurant. Why not bring the cream with the coffee? When my food was delivered, it was missing an important part, the side of fruit. The server never returned to our table to ask us how the food was, or if we needed anything. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, nor will I be returning. Food was average, at best. Service, some of the worst I’ve experienced. (When I was leaving, I overhead dinners flagging down staff to alert them that they in fact had a table full of food, but no silverware.) Just seems like they don’t care, which is unfortunate.

The Wild
Someone left a review about not being able to have the stroller inside….It’s really wild how entitled people are. This restaurant is so lovely, and the team there is so great. Rules exist for a reason. Strollers inside a business are a fire hazard . Food is 10/10!!!!

I recently visited this restaurant, and I have never been so frustrated with the service. First of all, the server was incredibly rude. When I mentioned that I wanted to order to go, she immediately told me to wait in front of the counter and I’m not allowed to use their restroom as if I was a nuisance. I didn’t even ask about using the restroom, but she felt the need to mention that.

The food was exceptional. We had the Rose burger with fries. The burger was very tasty and juicy. The fries were cut from whole potatoes. Thick, with skin attached. Perfect. We totally recommend this place.

Really off putting experience here. We went to order quite a bit of pastries and coffee and were immediately scolded that bathrooms were for sit down customers only. We had no intention of using the bathroom but it was such a weird/rude way to greet us and honestly a bizarre policy. Coffee and pastries were nothing special but the awful service seals the deal. We were genuinely so excited to check this place out but we won’t be back.

Waited 45 minutes for my wife to get poached eggs, 25 minutes after the rest of the food had been served. Server claimed they made a mistake on order and would only charge half price for plate. 20 mins later another server actually served the plate to another table near us. The customer puts his hands on the food in front of server. Picked up bread put it back on plate and spent 2 minutes trying to convince server it was not what he ordered. We had to let her know that was ordered by us. She then grabbed the plate of touched food and placed it on our table and left. Not even an apology.
