Been wanting to try this new place since it opened and I was impressed with my experience enough to want to give a review. It was very unique looking to the point I was in awe. I loved the decor because it looked like a combination of retro and modernism. It is a place for all ages including pets. I loved the ambience and the friendly staff. We sat at the bar and our bartender was Clayton. He was a great bartender and made us great drinks and made sure we were satisfied and was very attentive towards us. I had the Salty Nut Job and it was perfectly balanced, would definitely have again. One of my friends had a Long Island and the other had a Paloma, they both loved their drinks. We definitely plan on coming back. I see a lot of potential in this place and in the staff.

What an awesome concept ! Micro restaurants under one roof welcoming friends & family for a good time. Food, drinks, music and kid friendly, it’s definitely a spot to check out. We attended opening night, Wednesday July 26th and found only 2 restaurants (the Local Hen & The Cantina) opened as well as the bar. The drink we had was the “Flash Gordon” and could have been a lot stronger. The food from Local Hen was good; We enjoyed the wings and sauce and the chicken breast cracklins were good but not enough portion for the price or an adult.

First of all, this place is officially in a soft opening period, and we shouldn’t be able to review it at all as they work out the kinks. Second of all, sleepy little Oviedo finally has the non-chain bar space that it has desperately needed for as long as I’ve lived here. Third of all, this is huge for me because it’s literally a three minute walk from my apartment’s door.

Place is nice. Still kind-of new. We ate at the Catina, food was okay. I think this place will be great once everything is completed. For a soft opening it was decent.

Such a fun environment! Went for Barbie Trivia on Wednesday and had a blast. Great service and bartenders especially, Clay on the bar, made the experience unforgettable. Will definitely be back for next weeks trivia and yummy cocktails 🙂

A++ I had such a wonderful experience! The owner Ruth is a doll!I would be remiss if I did not mention all of the staff and I may be forgetting names. Danaa, Mason, Ken the lovely lady who used to work at Bernies to go! They all treated us amazing and the drinks and food was delish! They even paid attention to a friend who had certain allergies and Mason was meticulous to make sure sure everything was taken care of! They really made my Birthday so special and I cannot wait to return!

Met some friends here for drinks and dinner last week and had a blast. The atmosphere is upbeat and the decor is modern and clean. The drinks are very inventive, light and refreshing. The service was great and the staff attentive and polite. We were happy with our choice of food from the Mexican place right outside the bar. They brought it to our table and ordering from the bar was easy. We will definitely be going back!

Our recent visit to The Food Factory was an absolute delight! We decided to give it a shot and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delectable, and the drinks were a perfect match. The Volstead Act and the Dressed to Espresso was a true highlight! Our servers, Brooke and Julia, were warm, attentive, and added to the wonderful experience. The restaurant’s ambiance contributed to the Oviedo atmosphere, creating a memorable evening. Wife and I have been excited for this place to open. Tried it this evening and it has potential. Only 2 restaurants and a bar are open currently. We had a couple drinks to start and gave some advice on those (don’t use pickled jalapenos in a margarita… makes the drink taste like sea water, use fresh instead). Tried the candied chicken/bacon and the flavors were good but the chicken & bacon would be best crunchy instead of soft and floppy… Nachos were good but huge, enough for 4 people. At $17 we wouldn’t get them again, but if the amount were cut in half and priced around $12ish then I might order again. Servers were great and friendly and our 4yr old had a great time playing with other kids in the middle area. Will definitely be back to try the other restaurants.
