Such a nice place in Escondido for a delicious meal! Has great live music too! This time there was a great pianist and made for a lovely atmosphere. We all enjoyed our meal and drinks. We ordered a porchetta pizza, an octopus salad, filet mignon Mac and cheese, the oxtail ravioli, and skirt steak chimichurri and a cobbler for dessert. All were delicious and good portion sizes! We had excellent cocktails to accompany our meal as well! Definitely recommend!

Cute little restaurant with eclectic French cuisine. They are constantly rotating the menu and brining new things to try. Family run and always spot on.

Always excellent food, the service is always friendly. They sometimes get REALLY BUSY so plan ahead. This is the best restaurant in Escondido and easily one of the top 10 in San Diego County. The menu is constantly changing so it is a bit tough to judge what you are going to get from day to day. I highly recommend a reservation. The food is so intricate and unique that you need to plan on your dishes taking 30-40 minutes.

Wonderful, flavorful and comforting food. My husband enjoyed the fried chicken dinner and I loved the Cacio de Pepe pasta with skirt steak. They have done a great job making the outdoor space comfortable with a touch of elegance.

Good gourmet comfort food. Reasonable prices. Ive been there three times this past week. Tasted 6 of their dishes. My current favorite is the stuffed baked potato. Short rib, cheese, mushrooms, sour cream, butter, and so rich and tasty. The fried chicken slider was also good, both under 18.00. This restaurant makes downtown Escondido look good in the night time food scene. Could be in downtown San Diego or San Marcos, but the rent and prices would also go up. Taste the food amd eat it family style so you can get your grub on. Its individual servings, but youll want to taste them all.

We were looking for a place to go to dinner and this place popped up. We decided to take a chance. We reserved a table for 7pm. We were out waiting for a good 10 minutes or so. After we sat down, it was a long while before drinks came out. And a water was splashed onto my husband. We cleaned it up with our napkins but the waitress seems to have forgotten to retrieve the mass that was created due to the water she spilled. We ordered and the food was ok at best. I cook, and I can make some decent French recipes. This was not French food. It is French inspired at best. The stuffed chicken was supposed to be made with Jidori chicken; we only eat Jidori chicken from a Japanese market here in town. That was definitely not Jidori chicken. I had chicken pot pie. I make Julia Child’s chicken pot pie at home. This was not chicken pot pie. It is white gravy with potatoes. The crab cake was so fishy. It was not enjoyable. The risotto were mushed together like porridge. I wanted to like this place. It’s just not going to work for me at the price vs. food quality point.

We had a reservation at 7pm. Table wasn’t even ready, when the girl who took us to our table which wasn’t ready, she then wiped our table with some cleaning stuff and left it wet. I asked for a dry towel so we can wipe it ourselves and she came back threw the towel on the table. I have observed how unsanitary they cleaned the table for the guests while
