I ordered food to go but the inside is beautiful & welcoming, as were the staff! I’d love to come here for a sit-down dinner….the ambience is somewhat European in my opinion. Elegant but not overstated. MY food was incredibly EXCELLENT⭐⭐⭐ Hopefully I’ll be able to stay next time & enjoy my meal in a beautiful setting.

Horrible…..grilled chicken salad, included lettuce, 4 black olives, couple slices of onion, chicken, cheese and fries…very lame. Chicken Francaise, small portion, in what had no flavor in sauce, no lemon or wine taste, tasted like chicken broth. And now for the final course ordered, the Broiled fish, very small, but only to learn that they microwave it to call it broiled!!! Need I say more?? Not a good experience.

One review described the food as “Youngstown Italian” . Well, the fried greens were spinach, I see italian greens on a menu and expect escarole. Pasta fagioli is simple beans and pasta. This pasta fagioli was like canned veggie soup with beans added. And this is not just the fireplace but an italian restaurant should serve salad using greens like endive not head lettuce. Disappointed to say the least, especially since it’s right down the street. As long as the fireplace has been in business, I expected more.

Kelsey, was our waitress. She was friendly helpful.. when we go back we plan to ask for her. The food was Delicious.. I had the homemade Cavetelli .. Ive not had them since my Aunt use to make them. Definitely will order them again.. their sauce also very good.. both my friends had “Liver and Onions”, they said it was the best they ever had. Was a perfect night out.
