Hidden gem in Adams. You can tell the chef puts lots of love into each dish. We thoroughly enjoyed the beet salad to start as well as the shrimp and creamy risotto (cooked to perfection). We were a bit disappointed with the man candy appetizer as it was on the chewier side and the drinks could use work as they were a little watered down. However, this restaurant has top notch potential- Definitely worth a try!

A quiet Wednesday night with delicious seafood fares! The scallops and the shrimp risotto were perfection, and service was friendly and cheerful. You bet your sweet aunt Sally I’ll be back to try even more dishes!

Don’t be put off by the newfangled word “tapas”. Just think “appetizers”. Or “tapatizers” if you must. Distinctive dishes to share. Or to defend with a butter knife. A few selections should do it for 2 people, if not, get more. Make a reservation. Be hungry. Don’t do crime.

Brilliant food cooked by a true master of his craft. Beautiful atmosphere and a very friendly staff. Roman the bartender is incredible as well. The whole experience was one I haven’t had the pleasure of in a long time. I will absolutely go back time and time again. This is a must try establishment.

My first time at this place and I had the Seafood Paella. The Menu said “Scallops” with an “S” implying more than 1. the dish had 1 single scallop on it. the food tasted good, but the plate was thin containing 1 single scallop and few other items mostly rice.. I felt they could have done better with the food. otherwise service was great and the place appeared clean.

The flavors that they come up with here are out of this world. Some of the most unique combinations Iv ever had. Really a gem of the Berkshires.

Chef X is one of the most outstanding cooks I have had the pleasure of knowing. His intelligence for food is astounding. The different combinations he creates are mouthwatering. My only regrets are wishing I lived closer, and the fact I can’t leave more than 5 stars

We started with the gorgonzola bread. Then Ahi Tuna cooked perfectly. Ricotta Gnocchi and a beet salad layered with goat cheese on a bed of arugala and pistachios. All items priced under $20. The portions are perfect.!! The ambiance is great with Televisions on the walls projecting pictures of past events in our nation as well as scenic photos. We absolutely loved it!! Don’t pass by give Firehouse a try. You will not be disappointed .

Location is quaint and well appointed, very comfortable atmosphere! Pricing was definitely fair, the quality of the ingredients was top notch and the presentation was well above average. Food and drinks were all EXCELLENT, recognizably created with care. Staff was very friendly, a welcoming experience overall. Kids also enjoyed their food and the restaurant! The chef personally made his way around the restaurant to inquire about the experience and satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and absolutely will return to try more of the menu!

By far the best food in town, and i am so delighted to have it! The service is surprisingly bad; seldom would i bring it up in a review but it is both remarkable and consistent. We often end up having to go in search of staff if we want, say, our waters refilled. Still; worth it for the food!
