Stopped for a quick bite after driving by here multiple times. Got some chicken tenders and they were cooked fresh – hand dipped and breaded. Could have used a little more salt but really good. They include a honey mustard…I regret not asking for a bbq sauce as well. Atmosphere is ok – nothing too special.

New breakfast and lunch stop Monday-Friday (7-3). Lunch is served from 11-3. I haven’t had the opportunity to stop for breakfast yet, but picked up lunch today. I went with the Italian beef because I love pickled vegetables. The vegetables and bread did not disappoint. The beef was thinly sliced, but I still prefer not to bite into a piece of fat. I would order a veggie sandwich with those spicy pickled veggies on french bread.

A great taste that reminds me of the great city of Chicago! Lean, juicy beef with sweet peppers or hot giardiniera on a soft roll. Get it at least wet or “baptized” to enjoy the full experience. You won’t go wrong.
