I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with all the vegetables to go. Make sure you check your mail before you leave. French fries are cold. My daughter will not even eat it after spending 10 bucks. It’s not worth it beware Granbury

The Fillin’ Station has a large covered dog friendly patio…which is how we ended up there on a recent vacation with a stormy night. It is very conveniently located on a corner on the main square. Lots of delicious sandwiches to choose from, and the waitress brought water for our pups (as well as the humans)!

This restaurant is conveniently located right on Granbury Square and serves classic American fares. We ordered El Camino and Volvo burger. Both were unfortunately bland and the meat seemed dry and wasn’t even seasoned.

Burger was nice and juicy. The beef patty had a good flavor to it. Ciabatta bun was nice and fresh. The vegetables tasted fresh. The fries were subpar though, weren’t very hot when they came out and by the end of the meal, they were basically packing peanuts. Our server was fine. My main complaint about this place was that it was not clean, there was a dead roach on the floor, and the wall next to me was dirty. Had the place been cleaner probably would have given them 4 stars but due to the mediocre fries and lack of cleanliness, gonna have to stick with 3 stars.

I remember when this was actually a gas station…long ago. Although it was too hot to sit in the outdoor patio, it was a Sunday evening and not crowded in the indoor dining area. The service was very good and the food excellent. The menu is mainly burgers, sandwiches etc but they are fresh made and delicious. There is so much history on the Granbury Square, go get some food at The Fillin’ Station….then take a leisurely stroll around the town square. You will not be disappointed.

Awesome burgers and fries! We had our fur baby with us, they brought him a bowl of water! The service was spot on, we both had the Cadillac Burger. It was perfectly cooked. We will be back.

We love coming to Granbury and decided to try this place. We made it in right before the lunch rush and the place filled up fast. We were seated right away and got our drinks.

I’m disappointment at the amount of food for the price. I know prices have gone up, but quality also has suffered here. This is my second time and both were not that great. Other places on the square might be better.

We stopped in to get some lunch and had a good experience. The service was good, just a little slow. The food depended on what you got. My husband got a Torpedo (sausage) and it was delicious! The fries we got to share were also really good. I got the Wing Bites and was a little disappointed. They were ok but were really just chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce on them. They tasted fine, just wasn’t what I expected.
