I ordered “The Staple” and really enjoyed it, with its combination of thick-cut hickory smoked bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese, and strawberry jam. The biscuit was perfectly baked, soft, and not overly dry. My friend had “The Fire Bird,” which was also delicious. I’m excited to visit again and try out the other menu options.

This place is an absolute gem!! From the friendly customer service to having desert served first!!! The collection of thick-smoked bacon, the drip machine aroma. Chill music great art pieces five stars all around.

Yeah…wow. Ok, so, here we go. Staff was great and meal worth every penny for the locally sourced fare. Had the Firebird with added microgreens and subbed side habanero jelly (not too spicy and definitely a must try). Incredible biscuit, with a hint of crispness to outer layer, but remained fluffy on the inside. Also had the shuga bites, ‘nough said, just get ‘em. You won’t be sorry. Definitely new favorite breakfast in Athens. Presentation was also on point and timely. Also, just a heads up, because of the exquisite and outrageously delectable nature of their food, you may be tempted to come back multiple times a day.

Really enjoyed The Fire Bird for lunch. The biscuit was soft and baked the right amount. The chicken was juicy and tender. I requested mine with Carolina mustard sauce on the side instead of the honey or Sriracha mayo because I didn’t want something too hot or too spicy. It was tasty, and I look forward to going again and getting some 1000 Faces coffee.

I got the Stimulus Chick off of their lunch menu. I may have to claim it as one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had! The chicken was tender, breading was crispy, and the flavor was great! This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back.

Biscuits were so fluffy and the greens on it made me feel less guilty for eating it in 3 seconds. Everyone there was so kind and helpful when ordering. Def visit here if you’re looking for good breakfast options.

I’ve never been further in than the carry out pick-up, but the place looks fairly nice. I like the exterior seating.

The farm cart offers numerous delicious biscuit sandwiches. I had The Farmer and it was wonderful. The biscuit was amazing and served griddled. I will definitely be back!

This is best breakfast sandwich in America! Whenever I’m in town, this is my go to for breakfast. My daughter and I ordered the June Bug breakfast sandwich. FC never disappoints. I love to put the strawberry jam on my sandwich. It’s always hot and fresh. I love flavor. I do not have to add salt or pepper to this sandwich like at other restaurants. Other items we purchased are the Homefries 10/10, Cheese Girts 8/10, The June Bug (vegetarian) 10/10. Food prices are very reasonable. Breakfast for two, nothing more than $30-40 (with tip) which is great because we pay for quality food and excellent customer service.

Hands down the best breakfast place in Georgia. All the ingredients are locally sourced and super fresh. The sausage comes from a farm near by and it on point. The standard sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is the best, it has pepper jelly on it which adds an elevated flavor. I am from Florida and dream about going here when I visit family.
