To say this place is amazing is an understatement. The food is off the hook, my taste buds were singing after the appetizers the main course…. The wagyu was the best steak I have had in my life. Perfectly seasoned and topped with an amazing bordelaise sauce. The lamb was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection with a handmade demi balsam reduction. The desserts are simple classics done with love. We left full and wanting more.. 10 out of 10 will be back again.

Don’t believe the bad reviews, those people are being petty. From the moment we walked in the people were very attentive, the service was great. The manager was even helping the busser bus tables, all while still making time to introduce himself and check in on the meal. The tables were cozy, who cares about the decor? Do people seriously go critique restaurants by the decor and not the most important thing, food and service? The view at sunset is amazing!

Friendly and attentive staff who communicated proactively that if anything doesn’t meet our expectations they will immediately make it right. Food and drinks were fantastic and cooked to perfection. Happy hour(HH) 3-6pm everyday: 50% off all apps, signature cocktails and wine. I.e. 12 raw half shell oysters $21 HH vs $42. Only suggestion is the sea scallops aren’t on the menu permanently and should be as they were life changing.

Hope our server was so fun and kind. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The steak was well seasoned and so good. I loved how the chef was able to get the outside of the steak crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

I was really excited for this steak house but overall experience was not the best. I’ll start with saying staff was super nice and personable but unfortunately they did miss the mark with some points of service. Atmosphere was off the lights were super bright which didn’t give the place a high end ambiance. To start we had the tuna tartar and it was a little bland needed more soy. For dinner we had the Delmonico steak and the flavor/seasoning was great and perfectly seasoned but majority of the meat was fat and it was not cooked properly we asked for med some parts of the steak were super rear some were med rare. Had them throw it back on the grill and it was still more on the rare side and it just made the meat tough. Ultimately the price point just doesn’t meet the quality of food/experience.

The food was incredible and we were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere seems very cold and commercial- not like the steakhouse you expect. The service staff is generally kind, but if you are looking for a “fine dining” stunner, maybe give them some more time to get established and learn the ropes of carnivore connoisseur-ism.

Our server was excellent, and the steak was superb! I’m our opinion, better than Ruth’s Chris and Del Frisco’s. The mashed potatoes were also excellent!! The Caesar Salad was really good as well.

We had the best time at The Famous! The oysters were wonderful! My husband had the rack of lamb which he raved about. My filet was cooked absolutely perfectly, and had the most amazing flavor! (I grew up in West Texas. I’m picky about my steaks. This one was incredible!!).

Very very excited to have such an amazing steakhouse in Castle Rock! We shared apps and sides for the table, they blew us away with their food and service! We ordered: hot honey shrimp, shrimp cocktail, pork belly, crab cake for our starters, very tender and well marbled ribeyes! And as for sides we enjoyed the scalloped potatoes, Garlic fries, and mushrooms! All amazing didn’t have room for dessert but we will certainly be back!
