Super cool place. Love the “local vibe”. Looks like they have live music most nights. Overall we would definitely visit again. My only complaint, if you force me to list one, would be there on the particular night we were there the band was playing way too loud. There is a separate larger room that vegan was in and we sat in the bar area mainly in hopes of it not being so loud. Even with a wall dividing the bar from the other room the music was so loud that it was hard to have a conversation.

It had been awhile since I had been here.. the staff was very friendly, that was not a problem. But it was slow, very slow.. first order of drinks took 20+ minutes to get to us, and we ordered our dinner right when they came out. And our orders took probably 45 minutes to come out, and some of the food was cool (fries, fish, tacos). I like the atmosphere, and parking is easy (and free), but not sure when/if we will go back. We’ll probably try again, after all it’s close and I really want it to be good

We will definitely return! Pleasant atmosphere & excellent wait staff! Fast, very courteous service. Great food. Wish they had a larger menu, including several vegetarian options, like a veggie wrap & veg tacos, in addition to the delicious veg black bean burger they do offer. Mixed lettuce greens would also be super! We enjoyed our meal!

First timer will be an every chance I can timer. This place is amazingly wonderful, all around. Food was absolutely delicious (smoked brisket highly recommended) wow!! Our server/bartender was so sweet and prompt. Pay attention when heading to lake Monroe, this place can slip by you fast. No matter lunch or dinner, it is definitely worth the stop. Thank you!!

I have been here a few times. The food has always been good, I have enjoyed it. I particularly like their chicken and cheese quesadillas. They have cheap drinks that are good. I really enjoy their wine specials. Good pool tables are back up and running with social distancing in mind. I will definitely be back again.

Had the Catfish platter, good portion of catfish that was very tasty, fries and the jalapeño cornbread both very good! The waitress/ bartender was awesome! A bit pricey but I’ll be back

I went here for a Mothers Day lunch with mother and father. Upon arrival, I could tell they were understaffed, but the bartender (maybe the owner) was killing it. She was waiting on the bar and the tables on the bar side. The other side of the restaurant had a stage and some pool tables. The chairs were up in this room, but she gladly let sit out there. (The bar dining room was full) Our server/bartender was great! Our food came out in good timeliness and our drinks were good. I had the smoked reuban sandwich, my father the bacon habanero smash burger, and my mom got the normal smashburger. We also got fried pickles and queso for appetizzers. All of the food was delish!! I had never had smoked corn beef on a reuben sandwich, and I highly recommend it!

The first time we dined here, the food and waitress were phenomenal! We went back over the weekend to watch the IU game. They had one waitress working (on a game night) that acted either high or like she was on something. Our food took over a half hour to come out, and once we did get our food all of our burgers were well undercooked. we let the waitress know and sent them back to the kitchen. another half hour later, the burgers came out and were fully cooked but had zero flavoring to them whatsoever. I didn’t get a refill once the entire almost two hours we were there dining.

This is now is smokehouse and they offer smoked pulled pork, turkey, baby back ribs, pork belly, and brisket. The onion rings are excellent very crunchy, and the brisket beans are out of this world definitely order the beans.
