Right on Main Street and easy to see. At first glance you can tell it’s a nice little quaint coffee shop.

Stopped by this gem on the way up to Asheville and it is definitely worth another stop. Such cute atmosphere with lots of beautiful seating options for meeting up with a friend or getting some work done. Great coffee and lots of options available. Can’t wait to visit it again when I’m up that way!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life here. I am traveling with my dog and my toddler, and had had a hard couple of hours of trip. Got to The Factory, and my dog was barking her head off and the toddler was refusing to stand up and I hadn’t had any coffee. Things were dire. The amazing barista made me a fantastic coffee, offered a pup cup for the dog, and brought our food quickly, plus a snack for the dog and a book for my toddler to read while we had lunch. Thanks to her kindness, everyone is in a much better frame of mind and we are ready to finish our drive happy. Plus, the food and coffee were great and the outdoor seating is comfortable!

I stopped in for the first time this morning July 18th, and was so impressed. The barista was amazing, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I got the blended salted caramel iced coffee and honey almond toast absolutely delicious. Will definitely be making more stops!!

Beautiful spot and amazing food. The eating area is very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Great place to hang out or get work done. The prices are also not too much. I had gotten a coffee and bagel sandwich for under $8 and it was so good.

Great food and coffee, but the girls who work here are very moody. They never smile and have made passive-agressive comments to me after I ordered. Also it takes about 20 minutes sometimes to get your food- even when there is seemingly no one else in the shop. The coffee is fantastic, but I do dread placing an order here because of the bad attitudes, rare for a small town coffee shop. Hopefully they will read this review and take it to heart.

When I first started coming here two years ago I would have held it up as the gold standard for the area but that has definitely changed. The baristas are very dry and disinterested in most interactions which I is fine either way, just a note. The disappointing part is the quality of drinks and food have gone way down hill. This hardly makes sense given that the baristas seem to be the same. Maybe they have grown despondent over the years but some retraining is definitely in order.

I ordered the Cliff which is turkey, lettuce, and tomato on sourdough bread. It was great. The bread was delicious! It must be made locally because it was soft and fresh. I also had a coffee called a Miel. I’m not a coffee drinker because it’s bitter to me but I wanted to try something new. I really like this drink. It wasn’t bitter. The cinnamon and honey work great with the espresso.
