So the calzone I ordered seems fine, tastes good and is what I expect. But these cookies are seriously undercooked and I feel ripped off. I’m a long time customer for over 10 years but I’m hesitant to order cookies again.

Super super good!! I got the bbq & chicken calzone and some cookies and both were amazing 🙂 wonderful first experience for my first calzone. Heads up that one of the cookies was undercooked, but the rest were perfect!

This place is amazing!! There needs to be more of them. I have never had a bad meal from this place over the 20 plus years I have eaten at this establishment. That’s a great accomplishment! Also, they bake your cookies fresh if you order enough of them. Can’t remember how many. Think 3. Any who, if your new to the UofO and are hungry at 2am give this place a try you won’t be disappointed.

Wow I love the food here! But today when I stopped by to grab some of their yummy food I was met by one of the rudest guys ever, it wasn’t what he said to me, it was how he said it. And hopefully that dude gets the chance to read this because he’s working in a field called customer service, where you’re supposed to smile at the customer and even maybe greet them happily, sometimes the only interaction someone has in their whole day is with you, your the only person that talks to them all day so hopefully next time or from here on out you can maybe be a little nicer and not so judgmental. I believe in you dude! You can do it! Sometimes all it takes is just someone reminding you about the things that really matter in life.
