We’re happy to have this upgrade in the neighborhood. Atmosphere and decor is clean and bright. Service was good. We both ordered the Rueban with fries. Unfortunately, we waited 45 minutes to get our sandwiches after most everyone had left. Had to ask twice about the timing. When we did get our sandwiches, the fries weren’t cooked. The sandwiches were good but nothing special. We’ll try again but breakfast next time. The poached eggs coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic, and the couple next to us raved about the chip beef with poached eggs. I would say The Dorset is worth a try just be wary as they work out the kinks of opening a new restaurant.

Waited over and hour and still didn’t receive our breakfast got to the point we told them we were leaving cause we were waiting an hour and 15 minutes and still haven’t record anything and we were leaving and the employees could care less they ok you can leave , absolutely disgraceful I have a house in ventnor city and I will never ever even think about coming to the Dorsett again

I have to say that after all the hype I wanted to check this place out. After going I don’t think I would be in a rush to return. The food was good that is not where the problem was, our server was not the best. We decided to set outside to eat on a Thursday morning, it wasn’t crowded, our food orders were mixed up, the server wasn’t attentive, we had no silverware and the server forgot to put in the order of one of our parties. So everyone was sitting there with their breakfast except for one person. Who does that? Little details like this are the most important. People will forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
