Great staff, absolutely beautiful atmosphere and one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had!!

Great service all around. Bartender made us great drinks and took our food order. Piano Man (Mr. Pando) was playing the piano while we enjoyed our evening. Dinning and dancing.

Service is slow. Drinks are typical. Decor is fantastic. Inside Hotel Paso Del Norte.

Nicely staff , I like to listen the pianist on weekend

Incredible service. 2nd to none. Jade and Jayson were incredibly attentive, prompt, and courteous. They made our night and party extremely memorable. I wish google reviews would permit a 6th star.

An evening ruined by rip-off prices for off-menu item and other tactics. DO NOT accept any suggestions from the waiter to order off-menu. My Groupon discount was completely wiped out with the $55 off-menu fish plate that I was talked into (without any mention of the price) in exchange for another fish plate that we had already selected which was under $30. The waiter was SO PUSHY that this seems to be the approach they take to “get even” with anyone using a promotion. Of course the waiter waited until we were in a hurry to leave to bring the bill and we did not see it clearly until we complained. Just to get us more mad, a 18% tip was added to the bill, of course that included the $55 rip-off plate.

Stephanie was an amazing bartender very cordial, took great care of our party of 7. Definitely a bartender you’d request to serve you.

A comprehensive disappointment. We walked in and had to approach an employee to inquire as to how we were to be seated. She said she would be back with menus and never returned. We sat for 15 minutes without so much as a glance from any of the staff. Horrible service, absolutely disappointing. They have lost my business forever.

Love it, great place, incredible.

This hotel is the worst and the drinks at the bar were over 10 dollars for just 1 shot. Food is just plain bad, way too expensive for how horrible it was. Save your money and your piece of mind. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!
