The Dock has hands down, my favorite food in Stillwater. Everytime I have eaten here, it’s been better than the last. Everything on the menu is incredible. They have the best chicken sandwich I have ever had, and I order one at nearly every restaurant that has them. The steak bowl is also incredible, and was a hit with my group the last time I went. I would also highly recommend the chicken wild rice soup. Their breakfast is also amazing, seriously. Aside from the food, the staff and environment are also phenomenal. The back patio has absolutely gorgeous views of the river. The staff is tentative and so friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My daughter and I had a wonderful lunch at the Dock recently. We parked our boat at the City Docks and walked over. I had a Walleye sandwich and she had the Reuben. We were STUFFED! Big portions and the food was excellent! The ambiance was second to none, beautiful, warm day sitting on the water looking at the old Lift bridge. Looking forward to returning!

Just when I think a corned beef sandwich is great at one place, I found a fantastic one at The Dock Stillwater! All freshly made in the kitchen, and corned beef was tender and extremely delicious.

The food here was expensive and was very dry. We did have the crab cakes for an appetizers and it was delicious so we had high hopes for the entrees, but were very disappointed. They looked delicious, but were very dry and over cooked. The service was okay, but nothing to brag about. I will say the view was very beautiful of the river. I doubt that I would ever go back.

Excellent food, plenty of seating outside by the river. Attentive, friendly staff. The Blackened Walleye Sandwich was perfect. The only unfortunate element was the ‘moneyed’ regulars who kept giving us odd, guarded looks. Was it the skin color variety in our family, our casual clothing? IDK There was no dress code — it was a Tuesday between 5&6pm.

My wife and I had a most pleasant lunch here. Sara was a great server. The chicken sandwich was fine, my wife enjoyed her reuben saying that it was lean. I had a bite, it had good flavor. Once I learned that the potato chips that come with the sandwich were seasoned (why do so many MN restaurants do that?) I went with the fries.
