The Dock lived up to the buzz! We had reservations for 7:30p, unfortunately we were t seated until 8:20pm. TBH, we we’re getting kinda anxious about it and began questioning our choice to stick around… but I’m glad we stuck around! Once we got to our table, the waitress was super personable and sweet. Everything we ordered from appetizers to the bread-pudding was amazing! In fact, we went back the next day to pick-up more bread-pudding and share it w our neighbor!!! We will def be back!

Made reservations for our anniversary and it was really crowded when we got there. Within a couple of minutes a gentleman (the owner?) came and told us another party had showed up with more people than expected and there would be a 15 minute delay. He invited us to the bar which was full, so he spoke with another patron who graciously moved down to make room for us.

We had the sea bass flank steak with chimichurri sauce. Food and service was excellent. However, it was a busy night and the place was so noisy it was uncomfortable. According to an app on the phone, the noise was 90 decibels at our table. We will be back, but not until they fix the sound during busy times or we will go during off hours.

I really can not say enough good things about the food here. It’s worth the money (make sure you’re prepared for a “nice date night” budget). There were amazing flavors, the menu is perfectly sized and has great healthy and indulgent options, 100% of the food we had was AMAZING, drinks are also amazing (I’d highly recommend the tequila martini thing!) and the staff is highly professional and timely. We even received TWO complimentary desserts since the first (complimentary birthday) dessert took a little longer than expected. We were highly surprised by this restaurant and all plan on returning several more times in the future. Only potential downside: I really would love to redesign the interior and put in some sound attenuation/sound-absorbing materials so it’s not as loud or echoey. That’s all.

I have had the pleasure of eating here a hand full of times and have tried most the options on the menu. The Dock is by far the best restaurant on the lake! The food and service is excellent. As with any new restaurant, they are ironing out the details. Friday and Saturday night will require a reservation, otherwise you can walk in at any other time. Be kind as the staff are working exceptionally hard to provide the best food and service on the lake…and they are doing great!
