Seriously I have eaten at every restaurant in Saratoga. All delicious, 15 church , perfect! 30 lake. 13 North. All good but… The Embassy. The diamond club is a hidden treasure. Fair price for a delicious dinner seriously . Probably the best price in town. …The short ribs are so tender stewed in their own juice, which becomes the absolute delicious gravy piled upon the ribs and the mashed potatoes fluffy fresh delicious So delicious! No worries. The pasta anyway you want is on point the lemon wine. Pasta reminds me of my grandmothers on Sunday. Dinner, fresh citrus al dente pasta fresh mint there’s no wrong here. Taco of the day is intriguing. Inspiring avocado cream. Come on stop in and have a bite to eat at this establishment for Saratoga Springs. There’s no wrong here.

A pleasant surprise. Happy hour for those staying in the hotel is loaded with variety of Chips, dips, cheese, vegetable dippers, nuts, and drinks with bartender. The menu runs the gamut – delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and dinners too. My favorite are the sliders. Room for dessert? No problem!

Went here during our stay at the Embassy Suites. The food was great. I got the special General Tso’s chicken wings. It came with a side of salad or fries, I got the fries. I also got the NY IPA for my drink. This place also offers free complementary drink every day between 5 30 PM and 7 PM which involves wine and couple of beers on the tap. It also offers evening snacks in the same time. The bartender was amazing and made great mocktails for me and my wife. Recommend hanging out here as there is always a good crowd at the bar.

Lunch was great… be careful. The menu has so many great choices, with large plates. Order each dish one at a time. Drinks or non alcholic can be had too . The service was wonderful so accommodating. The menu is American style and a good variety without being overwhelmed.

Nice hotel. Great for the price. Everyone very nice and helpful. Great location. Parking is near none though. A few spaces in the rear of building. Guest mostly parked in shopping center parking lot directly in front of hotel, even though there were signs everywhere stating no hotel guest parking we didn’t see anyone harassed for parking there.

Best happy hour times and deals near downtown Saratoga. The full time servers and bartenders work very hard and are great workers. I recommend getting the Caesar Salad and add some grilled salmon on there–it’s AMAZING!
