What a pleasant surprise! Went here on a whim with friends last night for dinner, and we were all very pleased. The small plate selection is unique and satisfying. On the entrée side, I highly recommend the Korean fried chicken and the halibut with clams. Very unique wine list that our server had extensive knowledge of and was able to make excellent suggestions. Finished the evening off with some after dinner drinks and a wonderful slice of olive oil cake. We will be back!

The restaurant is small and nice but I did take out. The green beans were solid. And the korean fried chicken with kimchi fried rice was ok. I think the fried rice was a bit underwhelming. But that ricotta toast was absolutely amazing. That strawberry with fig balsamic was absolutely astounding flavor wise.

Our experience here was incredible, the food was out of this world and the service was nothing less than perfect. Keith and Clarissa was incredible, wish I had the name of the others that were working tonight as they were a part of the experience.

Its small room with maybe 20 tables. I loved the decor inside and the tiles in the vestibule were so pretty! Staff were kind and knowledable and kept my water filled all night. The knowledge in the bar menu was there and we ordered 3 wines. I wasnt a fan of the red but I liked my rose. The brussel sprouts were so good and the dressing was so perfect it was like almost a tart bite to it. The main course was great. My partner got the pork which was a huge portion. I had the mahi mahi which was served on a green sauce that tasted delish. The red onions and greens with mint kept everything light and refreshed. Finally dessert was a kept secret. I had bread pudding which was crusty and sugary on the outside but got that smooth mild bread pudding taste on the inside. Highly recommend.

This place is well worth the price and will be back soon. The drinks are absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is great so is the music. We sat in the back patio and it felt like an escape from the city. Service was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu including the wine list. The food is out of this world good. We had the cheese board for an appetizer, it was great but I wish it came with some form of cracker not just bread. We had the burger with fries (hands down best burger I’ve had in buffalo) and the gnocchi which was also incredible. Dessert was honey mousse but it was honey ice cream or just more in the consistency of ice cream, with a sesame cookie on top and fruit. I would go back there just to have the dessert it was amazing, not too sweet and didn’t make you feel like you need a nap after.

We visited the Dapper Goose during a weekend away to Buffalo. The menu looked delightful online so we made a reservation. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we entered and our drinks arrived shortly after we were seated. We ordered many of the small plates which arrived in 2 parts. My husband raved about the green beans and carrots, which is unusual since he’s more of a meat eater. I loved the octopus. There was not one dish that disappointed. The drinks were inventive, unique and delicious. We loved our visit and will return.

I’m from buffalo born and raised. If someone asked me from out of town “where should we go for dinner” id recommend dapper goose. That’s how confident I am in the quality of food, service, atmosphere, and vibe.

Basically a cleaner more hip version of an Allentown dive. People are awesome, staff is great, but the meal was exceedingly salty and I identify as BMI+ love for food. The burger was savory, and the combinations of tastes of food were great. However it’s hard to be possible when salt was basically all I tasted after a bite or two. I’d be more positive but the meal was the reason we came and just felt let down. Hopefully this is a constructive review. Staff were great, though. Food was just a major let down.

Excellent and attentive service in a cozy environment with a beautiful natural decor. We’ve recently moved back from a very food-centric city, and this place could rival any dish we had there! It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in the city of Buffalo – we ordered the burger and Korean fried chicken and both dishes were incredible! Love that they buy ingredients from local farmers as well. 10/10 will be back with an appetite for dessert!

I had an amazing time at this quaint little restaurant felt like I was in France or California but you would never know that there is this hidden gem looking from the outside. There is a rustic look to the inside with a beautiful bar , optional patio seating in what I would call a one of a kind setting (see photos)
