YES! The best focaccia I’ve had outside of Italy. I got the classic, with mortadella, burrata and pistachio and pistachio cream. It was a pillowy soft thing of beauty. Giulia and Pietro have created a treasure in Silverton. You MUST GO HERE. Drive from Portland, it’s worth it. I will go back and try the rest, and I will drag people with me like moths to a flame.

Amazing sandwiches, great prices! I dont know why its taken me so long to try the food here. We were so happy with our sandwiches on foccacia. The bread was so fluffy and fresh. It did take a little while, but worth the wait if you have time. Cant wait to try the lasagna!

Authentic Italian owners from Verona bake fresh focaccia every morning. The tiramisu is probably the best I’ve ever had in my life. Not too soggy and with little dark chocolate chunks. Still thinking about it days later.

Great service. Very fresh food. Foccacia made fresh. Panchetta and burrata sandwich was Devine. Best ham and cheese in Silverton. And the handmade cannoli was a great finishing dessert. They say they will have fresh risotto at First Friday 6pm. Gotta try this out!
