I had a good lunch at the crossings. The service and staff were 5 star. There were six of us . We all had a different item to eat. Everyone was happy with there choices. They offer a chip and dip starter that is tastey and goes great with a beer. Now, when it comes to beer the Crossings gives the impression that they are still a brewery, they were at sometime but no longer. However the web site didn’t mention that they no longer drew. They do offer a respectable beer list. So that brings to another small disappointment. We all ordered a beer. They came in a typical pub pint glass as they should. For round two, my glass was a pilsner glass. Not cool. Stick with the standard pint glass. Keep the branded pilsner glasses at the bar. Other tan that I will return the next visit to Putnam MA m

The food here as always is awesome. The staff is always great. My only complaint about this restaurant is when there is music there you cannot even hear yourself talk. Makes it really hard to have a conversation with anyone or hear the staff. My only suggestion is to turn volume down. It’s a small restaurant no need for it to be so loud. Other wise love this place.

After three visits I feel that The Crossings is… okay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu offers a variety of typical fare, with few gluten free choices. I dined here most recently with my husband, a guy who appreciates meat and potatoes done right. His food was not bad, but not remarkably good either. Mine was about the same. It’s a place you might enjoy more if you focus on the alcohol rather than the food.

I purchased a French dip to go, I was surprised when the receipt said it was 17$, but I assumed it must be a very large sandwich. I was left pretty disappointed when I opened the box to see a 6 inch sub lightly packed with roast beef. I’ll give them credit for toasting the cheese to the bread, however the roast beef was overcooked and dry. I prefer the roast beef to be juicy and have a little red to it, the roast beef I got was that dry grey look and texture. The juice was good quality, although I like to see some onions either on the sandwich or in the “au jus” (translates to “with juice”- fun fact). I got a side of mashed potatoes- they must’ve been made in house, they were pretty good. They had some loose skins and occasional chunks, and they were very smooth and creamy everywhere else. Overall the taste of the meal was a 3.5, however since the proportion did not match the price I gave them a 3 overall. I got my food to go so I really can’t say much about the service or atmosphere aside from that it was ready on time. On a side note, in the photo I did already take a bite off the right half.

We had an afternoon luncheon after a funeral service. Had about 20 ppl. They sat us outside in the back which was pretty nice. In a pretty decent area and it’s located in an old train station. Good size inside with plenty of seating. Full bar. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. Even with a large service was good. We had a buffet style meal, with Nachos, Deli meats and cheese, meatballs, salad, Ziti and Chicken parmesan. Everything was pretty good, wasn’t anything special. Pretty much a buffet style, kind of what was expected. Didn’t get anything off the menu, so food might be a little better like that. I would definitely come back and give them another try.

Had a good time here with friends. I had the short rib poutine which was excellent and the Sante Fe Burger which was cooked perfectly and was quite good! The staff did a very good job making sure everything was correct and checking on us.

Food was mediocre but expensive. Small portions. They charged $1 for my fries when I ordered a burger and charged $1 for fries with fish & CHIPS. They obviously don’t know what chips stands for within fish and chips. I do not recommend and won’t come back again. Not to mention it was a Saturday at 6pm and HALF the restaurant was empty. No wonder why it was empty. Should have noticed the big red flag.

I stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon for two. There was inside and outdoor seating and all the tables well spaced. They even gave sanitizer for everyone that sat down. They had a good sized lunch menu with lots of sandwiches and salads. We got a veggie wrap and a honey mustard chicken wrap. We also paid an extra $1 for coleslaw instead of chips. The food was really good and seemed to be quality ingredients. The waitress was quick to check on us and also friendly. I’d say that for the price I’d expect the coleslaw to be added in rather than an extra $1, but it was still good. I’d recommend a visit in!
