Came in on a Sunday around brunch time and was seated right away. This is a hidden gem in a small town. The food was fantastic and service was great. I didn’t expect to get food and service so good from a small town place. The atmosphere was delightful . The place was clean and they were cleaning right after people left. I would recommend giving them a try.

I was very excited to find this place but was quickly disappointed. Having recently reopened from France I was desperate to get another taste of French food. This was not it. I ordered a croque monsoir and received low quality ham and cheese with a slice of cheese toasted on top. My children shared chicken and waffles and it was OK. My husband ordered a crepe which was just OK as well. We all shared the Beignets and grilled biscuits and enjoyed those. We might’ve returned had we not been charged more upon check out without any real notice. When I brought the bill to the waitress to discuss the discrepancy in prices she told me that there is fine print on the bottom of the menu that says you pay more if you pay with credit. We of course, had not read that fine print which at a restaurant usually is reserved for allergen and spice level information. We also were never offered the opportunity to pay in cash. This left a much worse taste in my mouth than the croque monsoir so we will not be returning.

Overall service was good. I was disappointed in the portion of food compared to the price. My wife and I ordered omelets. My son ordered the crepe factory breakfast which was a good portion of food. Omelets were about the same price. Omelets were very small and honestly we both left still hungry. The food had a good taste and was very good. Atmosphere was great and service was friendly. Overall good experience and we plan on trying this place again.

This place is AMAZING. The atmosphere feels so cozy. The food was incredible, especially the desserts. Rachel was the absolute best server I’ve had at any establishment. She made us feel like we had been friends with her for years. She’s great. We love her

This afternoon was the first time my wife and I have ever visited The Crêpe Factory. We were blown away with the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful decor, and the creative food and display. But most importantly we we blown away with our server, Rachel. She was very personable, friendly and goofy—in the best way! Rachel made us feel welcomed and like we belonged immediately, she has such a beautiful and welcoming personality that will make anyone feel at home. From our past experiences, a restaurant can have the most beautiful decor, food etc, but the absence of a great server can change everything. We will most definitely be back and hope to be lucky enough to have Rachel again!

Amazing food! I came with my husband and daughter and we shared between all 3 of us. We ordered french toast, Magnolia crepe, Rooney burger, 137 West, and a side of grits. The grits were AMAZING and made in house, burger was juicy, crepe and French toast literally melted in your mouth! The 137 West (biscuits & gravy) were delicious! Everything was fresh. We have not had good food like this since moving up here from Miami. Wonderful staff and very friendly. Great job guys!!!

The crepe factory is a great breakfast/brunch place! The food and service is amazing. Every time we come in Rachel is our server and that just makes the experience so much better!! She is attentive and so so nice!! Definitely deserves the acknowledgement:)
