I had low expectations based on recent reviews. We had an 8:30 dinner time, I had the bison short ribs, broccolini and a white sangria. It was excellent, flavors were spot on, meat tender, mashed potatoes creamy and seasoned and broccoli jus burnt enough for my taste. My husfdand had the chili and spring rolls (which he loved) and a local beer. Service was prompt and fast. There were a few flies but honestly it was Al fresco dinning, what do people expect?! Views were gorgeous. Just go.

This is located inside the Red Cliffs Lodge. There is in and out side dining. The entire menu is al a cart. There is wine service. Be sure to check out the menu at the bar before deciding which venue to eat at.

I’m so dissapointed. After ordering our meals as a fairly large party, 2 of the members in our group had to tell the staff they forgot to make their meals after food was brought out to the other members of our party, and I myself did not receive a meal after ordering the first time, and then again stating I still had not received my meal. Our party had completely finished eating and I wasn’t going to wait for my food to be made and then eat after everyone was ready to leave, so the third time staff came to the table, someone else in our party said I had not received my meal to the staff, and the staff appologized but I turned down getting anything at that point. Not only that, but they brought my husband the wrong meal. He ordered the braised bison short rib, but they brought him a bison new York strip, which was almost double the price of what he ordered. I’m almost glad I didn’t end up getting a meal because we ended up paying what we would have if I had in the end… I ended up eating what was left from my children’s plates by the end of diner which was very little, and lack luster really. The manager offered me a desert to goseveral times, which I really appreciated, and he was very kind and professional, but I didn’t want desert. This restaurant really seems like it has so much potential to be an over the top, and amazing restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodated our party on other things we asked for, like splitting our check, even though it wasn’t policy, we were very appreciative of that. It’s very clear that they have a staff shortage, and they need to fix up their menu and meals to reflect on how majestic the place feels when walking in. I expected so much more when I walked in, but left knowing I more than likely will never come back again.

Service was great and food was ok. Wife and I both had steak and although very tender, it lacked seasoning. Other than that the sangria special was a must have and the mash potatoes were to die for. Great place to eat but for $50 steak you’d think your mouth would explode with flavor.

Don’t come hungry for dinner. Food is good but the portions are small for the price. See the 4 pieces of shrimp? That was $16. Sides are separate, the meat we ordered $30 just for that, the mac & cheese on the side is a separate order $16. View is great though. Spent over $200 for 3 people and we were still hungry.

The best place ever.. behind nice staff, I got a ask you could eat bbq, smoked buffet ,I ate more then I have in so long ,absolutely delicious >smoked brisket , smoked ribs, smoked chicken, 3 salads, Mac n cheese, rolls, fruit, jalapeño corn muffins, cookies all of it as much as you could eat $45.00 not bad at all, my husband had the huge delicious rib eye steak, broccolini, mashed potatoes & rolls $50.00 . It’s very much worth it. Beautiful place very comfortable , we went on a live music night outstanding singers. Our host was a extremely nice young gentleman. & the drive down to the grill was beautiful too. A Must Go Place ..

Very nice restaurant with a great view. The quality of the food is good and the staff is friendly. I drink always wine in a goblet glass and they changed it without problems. The price is high (I paid 170 usd for two steaks and two glasses of wine) but is acceptable if you consider the location.

Spectacular view of the Colorado River at sunset! We ate here because it is on site of the Red cliffs Lodge where we were staying for a few days. The premises is absolutely gorgeous, many films including several John Wayne films were filmed on site, there is even a museum downstairs from the restaurant you definitely should check it out.

Fast and friendly service. Staff went above and beyond decorating a desert for a birthday. Food was average but price was expensive. There was a fly problem and the restaurant was hot inside. I ended up sweaty and ready to leave. Beautiful scenery was a plus.

This was our third time in the area and our third time to eat here. They have a very diverse menu ie; elk, bison, venison, antelope and so much more. I had a Southwestern Wild Harvest Bowl, it was yummy. My husband had a steak, it was cooked to perfection! The turtle cheesecake, oh my, so good! We highly recommend!
