i used uber eats to order and i regret not going with ihop my original option i threw all of it away . The WORST home fries i have ever tasted all black and old with a horrible smell. The eggs look and taste like they have been sitting somewhere waiting to be sold. This is my second time ordering thinking they will be better but no both times were horrible

I won’t be coming back. Today was my second visit. The first time my food took more than half an hour to be served. I was there today because I’ve been visiting cafeterias and restaurants around my house since I love to have coffee and read in places like this often. The waitress seemed to be in a hurry even though the place had just a couple of customers there. I was not through half of my cappuccino when she came with the check. I didn’t feel welcomed. It is a nice place so I hope the management can improve the service.

I keep torturing myself going back here thinking itll get better but today finalized its destiny- never stepping foot in here again. Only 2 Customers besides my wife and myself. Ordered breakfast and as usual, tired of not being able to get simple service. Waitreses look rite at you while holding empty coffee cup , one even bypassed my table with fresh hot pot in hand but walked rite by me no refills. Asked me if I want another when it was time to pay. Only got half way through meal cause nothing to wash down and enjoy. Waitresses talk among each other or their on there phones ignoring you which is most of the time. Last time same condition but our food was cold. I hate it here. It’s ashame we got to go out of town to eat. But I found a exellent place we love going to always on point but they are closed for vacation this week so My wife and I figured we go to this place giving it another shot. I can’t say I’m real disappointed. I expected just that.. My wife and I argued cause I didn’t want to leave a tip. She left something cause that’s just how her heart works. But was it deserving not really.

Huge difference from the previous times I’ve been there. First of all, the music choice was absurd. We felt like we were either at church or meditating at a recruit. They started charging you $1.50 for a can soda or water. They do not have fountain drinks anymore not even for water. Food was mediocre and the waitress forgot several of our sides, charged us extra and didn’t even stop to ask if we needed anything after the order came in. We were also the only people there. Also, we specifically went to get the wings as they were good before but they did not have it. This is the second time this happened. Additionally, looks like their employees are writing the 5 star comments. At least be smart enough to not have a profile photo of your faces.

Huge disappointment. In the past few months the service has declined. They have been out of stock of our favorite item, chicken wings. The exact item we purposely go there for. Apparently management has changed as many things are now different. They dont offer fountain drinks and the music feels like I’m at church. Today was the last day they’ll get my money.

Food was horrible. Couldn’t even get myself to eat it… the home fries taste super bad and has a horrid smell. The eggs and bacon were also bad. They probably never change their cooking oil. I threw all the food out. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had

This review is a bit mixed, the food here is very good, i usually order delivery through door dash. I have little to no complaints at all as far as the food. However the service at the restaurant is horrible. The staff was very nice but not attentive at all. It was about 30 mins when they finally took our order. They took forever to bring us drinks. Keeping this in mind it wasn’t busy at all, there were probably 4 other parties at the restaurant. They mostly stood around chatting with each other. I’ll still eat here but it might only be to go.
