Wonderful people making wonderful food. Big gratitude for The Coop for expediting my order and engaging in good conversation with me (like complimenting my Star Wars shirt). Best pizza in LA!

MY favorite pizza place in LA! I love coming in and seeing familiar faces. To me, this is how Pizza is suppose to taste. If you haven’t tried them, go grab a slice and you’ll be hooked. I am so grateful with all the turnover and businesses closing that The COOP is still here and I hope it always will be

The service there is very caring and nice. The customers are even nice. I like the cheese pizza or the spaghetti dinner. The dinner is very reasonably priced. You get 2 garlic bread too. I usually order the antipasto salad which has vinaigrette on it. That can last 2 – 3 days.

Hands down the best pizza spot in LA. Worth the wait. Even the salads are pretty good. Make sure to bring cash or hit the ATM at Bob’s next door. Couple that runs the place is SO kind.

The pizza from this place always hits the spot. It is my go-to when I need a quick and satisfying meal. The quality of the ingredients used in the pizza here is evident. It is simply delicious. I have never been disappointed by the pizza from this place. It is always perfect.

We grabbed pizza from here based on reading that it had good New York style slices. Well, they had GREAT New York pizza. Probably one of the best of its kind in Los Angeles that we’ve had. We got a large pepperoni and a medium mushroom. The shrooms were fresh and plentiful and the pepperoni was a typical amount, meaning we wish there had been more of it. But the crust and cheese and sauce were just right. We also got an antipasto salad that was served crammed in a Chinese takeout box. Definitely needed more meat and dressing. It was just alright. So was the garlic bread, but I guess for the price you sure did get a lot. We will be back and we will get enough pizza for friends. Heads up! it is hard to find as it is a hole in the wall around the corner from the Indian restaurant. No seating that I could see, so be prepared to eat on the go. Oh, and cash only so bring dem bills.

This is a tiny hole in the wall place that is to go only and cash only as well. Best NY style pizza in the area, IMO. Love the crust! No pools of grease, just delicious pizza cooked to perfection.

The best pizza in Culver! It’s got the perfect amount of dough, sauce, and cheese. It’s been my go-to for over a year ever since I found out about it. The owners are also great

My fav pizza on the west side of LA. So good! Wish I could get delivery but it’s worth the drive to pick it up.

When the artifice and aspiration of LA gets you down, head to the Coop. It’s a small, no-frills but popular shop in a space just big enough for two people and a tall counter so don’t expect fast food nor fast service but they are so kind and I often enjoy waiting in line because the customers are varied and interesting. If you don’t want to wait you’ll have to plan ahead and call in your order 45 minutes to an hour ahead. When they’re super busy no one can answer the phone. Single slices available. No seating. Not recommended for small kids (too cramped). Closed Mon Tues.
