Great place for breakfast and lunch! We had an array of items, I had the Coop Skillet with the cheesy hashbrowns. We had the Southern fried chicken, Down South Chicken and Waffle, the Crazy Monkey Crepes, and the Sante Fe Cooparito. Everything was hot, fresh, and great ideas on the menu. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Coop for breakfast. Our food (corned beef skillet and strawberry walnut salad) was delicious and our cheerful, attentive and efficient server (Asche L – ask for her!) was off the charts. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much! PS – LOVE the Scan to Pay option right on the check! Easy peasy to pay and tip without needing to bother the wait staff or stop at the register on the way out. Awesome!

Pregnancy cravings called for some good old fashioned, tasty French toast so I found my way to the Coop. Casey was an excellent server!! (I, myself, have 16 years service industry experience & can spot the good ones pretty quickly) I thoroughly enjoyed his presence and demeanor. He was attentive, polite, and punctual with everything. A genuine smile goes a long way!!! Thank you for a simple, yet delightful breakfast.

Flaming Crow
They definitely had a good service and a little bit of a rushed atmosphere. Tried their burger and that one was up to 2 stars of flavor for the beef patty and bland taste to the burger. The 5 star is for their breakfast foods and so far have the best eggs benedict I have had for a restaurant. I highly recommend their breakfast options but not their lunch much.

Recommended by a local and I can see why. Huge breakfast menu with a lot of intriguing options, many southwestern rooted. We went with the carnitas omelet, avocado toast, banana and hazelnut crepes. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to return to try a number of other items. Great service to top it off.

Some of the best chilaquiles I’ve had. Especially with the short ribs in it it changes the game! Walking in you feel like you’re at home with family with the owner Joseph greeting every customer as they walk in. A must visit spot if you’re in the area!

Friendly staff. Stopped in for breakfast 7:30 on a Saturday. Clean restaurant. Food portions are good size for the price. I had the banana bread French toast. Not that good. Not horrible just the bread was a little too mushy for my taste. my other companion had the omelette with pancakes, Country potatoes. overall a good experience I will definitely give it another try and order something else next time.
