We’ve had two very different experiences with the Coffee Shop. The first was phenomenal. We were greeted by the owner, our drinks came in an orderly fashion, and the place was immaculate. The second trip was not. The baristas struggled with the volume of people. Drinks were served out of order, incorrectly, and slowly. The only saving grace was the knowledgeable cook. When he wasn’t preparing food, he was out expediting orders.

Absolutely adding this as one of our go-to stops if we drive through the area again! Love the lavender sweetened tea, chicken gumbo, loaded sausage and biscuit, chicken melt and caramel cake! The owner was amazingly friendly and accommodating! If you love coffee, their variety of options is amazing! We had to make our way here again on our way out of the area! If we lived in the area I would be here every day! ❤️❤️❤️

Great place! Wonderful atmosphere! Great sandwiches, soups and Ice Cream! People are super friendly and accommodating! I guess on weekends they have live music and we really enjoyed the “barefoot singer” very much! Outdoor seating is available and it looks a a section could be used for private dining, meetings or parties! I wished we lived closer!

Truly can’t help but rave about this place enough! Was looking for something a bit different while I was driving through and came across The Coffee Shop on Google, so I decided to give it a try and boy did they not disappoint!! My family and I stopped in to get some coffee after going to the Strawberry Festival carnival. There were 5 or so people in line when we walked in, which is probably unusual due to many more people than normal being in Humboldt because of this event. There was a lady taking orders who was so joyful, genuinely kind, and welcoming. Her pleasant and calm attitude was infectious. Even in the chaos of many people and orders, she was a source of peace. The gentlemen filling the orders were efficient and kind. I will stop here every time we’re in Humboldt from now on.

Here for the strawberry parade came in to get some lunch. Ordered and waited 45 minutes and two of the orders were incomplete a b.l.t and a club with no tomatoes didn’t say anything and still served it to us. Then we asked for the manager and was told he went to get tomatoes. Was told we would get a refund for the two orders and waited again. Then when I asked the manager if he was going to take care of it he said the girl will. He hides in the back while his new employee takes care of it and when i told him it shouldn’t have been served incomplete and not even say anything he told me to chill out. Very bad leadership not management level at all. Should be pushing carts at Kroger. Do not recommend this place at all!!

In search of great coffee or tea? A short 15 minute drive from Jackson Tennessee is the Coffee Shop. Run by the affable owners Guy and Tammy, this is a charming place to have excellent coffee and real home baking. We had a quick bagel and coffee and hopped back on the road, clutching two scrumptious apple and pecan muffin. (Let the baking display tempt you! ) Sparkling clean restrooms and professional friendly Staff is an extra plus. Cheers for a great start to the day!
