So I prefer Coffee Bean over Starbucks. I’m simple Vanilla Bean Latte Oat Milk. And one thing I value is consistency for my morning coffee. And 8 out of 10 mornings or afternoons my coffee is perfect. My only complaint would be sometimes the coffee is a little too hot and I really would like to drink my coffee when I purchase it and I have to wait a while for it to cool down to enjoy it at times. But I’ll deal with that just to have a good consistent cup of Joe that I always seem to experience here.

this location is always having issues. first of all, they always seem to close the store whenever they desire without any explanation at all in the middle of the freaking day! second, they closed the inside of the store today and claimed they are doing drive thru only. lastly , the customer service is subpar and needs to be improved, the girl at the drive thru taking orders sounds so unenthusiastic like she hates her job.

Kind of wished the app allowed you to choose a time to pick up your order. I ordered ahead late one night, didn’t know time pick-up doesn’t exist. My order was ready to pick-up once I got there, but there was a line of cars stuck in time. I also wished I got my already cold stuff quickly. Having to wait forever and store doors locked, I just left. The online ordering system needs some tweaks as well as in person service.
