We’ve operated since 2015 as a pop-up restaurant & in 2017 grew into a 100% mobile food truck.
Our first brick & mortar opened Nov 2020 & was forced to close July 2022 due to a major renovation & construction at Bridgeport Village. Stay tuned for future locations to satisfy your taste buds with Chicken Sundaes & Chopped Salads!

Don’t sleep on this gem. I was pleasantly surprised how good it is. I recently had to greatly alter my diet to heal a stomach ulcer and mitigate recently discovered food allergies, (related issues). I came to the food trucks in West Linn with my husband last weekend and figured this ✨healthy✨ food spot was my only option, jealous of his wide open options. I ordered the most basic of chicken sundaes with soy ginger chicken, quinoa mix base, coconut shreds, avocado and veggie broth. I prepared to not really enjoy it, as has been the case lately with my limited options. Was I wrong. I am writing this review a week later, enjoying a DoorDash delivery of the same exact thing at my kitchen counter. It is a new go to and am so happy I found it. Thank you Chop Spot for shining some sunshine on my life again 🙂

It was good but couldn’t finish it. Would come back and try a chicken salad next time. Something about the chicken sundae was too overwhelming for me—which was why I couldn’t finish it after eating 2/3’s of my bowl. Employee was super friendly and helpful. Great place for food on-the-go.

I ordered “The Works” Sundae. It was okay. It reminded me a lot of the Chicken Almond Chow Mein we used to get when I was a kid. I don’t feel like it was a great value for $14.

Awesome food and great service. The Crew was super accommodating and the food was incredible! I highly recommend you check them out and order the food; it comes in a very convenient “take-out” container.

Had the most delightful lunch here! Fast and friendly service, with so many gluten free and vegan options! The wide variety of super fresh, vibrant, and delicious ingredients I chose for my salad were so yummy! Would recommend to anyone wanting A healthy and refreshing meal!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this really is the exception! We ordered several items to try them all and every single one was absolutely fantastic. It fed 3 people varying in age from 14 to 68 and with different likes and dislikes, but much to my surprise everyone liked it all. That’s hard to do! Great job you guys, we’ll be back soon!

Yum! The customer service is excellent and the food is delicious. They have you fill out a piece of paper with all the things you want on your “sundae” and they whip it up in minutes! I’m vegan and picky about tofu, but they did an excellent job with it!

The best salad I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Why doesn’t everyone understand that the way to make a salad is to chop the ingredients fine so you get lots of different tastes in one bite? Fresh and crisp salad with a lot of protein. Would give it 5/5 if it has more flavors. I got the south west salad. I couldn’t taste anything except the jalapeño. Would have loved a squeeze of lime or lemon to add more flavor
