We were very disappointed with the meal. The waitress was good however but the food is sub par. First, they did not have napkins and then they were out of the artichoke dip appetizer which we were looking forward too. The food was just okay. My wife’s meal was dry and poor quality. We will not be returning except for the cheesecake desserts.

My husband and I adore The Cheesecake Factory. We went recently to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our server was beyond amazing. He was professional, sweet, honest, and knowledgeable. Even though they had run out of a couple of items that we had wanted, our server gave fantastic recommendations that made it all better. I had the Cajun chicken pasta minus mushrooms. My husband had their version of chicken parm. The food was beyond amazing and fresh. The bread is great and fresh too. The menu is a huge book and can be intimidating at first, but I enjoy the vast number of choices. There are around 53 types of cheesecake. This time, my husband had the Hershey’s chocolate cheesecake. I got a carmel apple cheesecake. Both were fantastic. I highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory.

My pasta looked as if it was someone’s leftovers, it even had few noodles in it that looked like they had been cut with a fork. Disgusting! And to top it off, the drink was missing the passion fruit. When I called to complain the person on the phone (I believe her name was Melissa) was very unapologetic. I walked in to actually bring the food back (didn’t get refund by the way as it seemed like a tedious process) and I still was not offered any help by her. Another customer was in there yelling at the same time so maybe that’s why they gave up on helping but it’s not right. I understand it’s not an upscale restaurant but they still need to have better customer service and be careful with what they serve to customers. This is not my first bad experience with them so I wanted to share.

I enjoyed myself. CLEAN n nice place and CHEESECAKE WAS SO GOOD, if you’re going here for dinner, you can’t expect everything to be perfect but if you’re coming here for cheesecake, everything will be perfect and also my cup was a little dirty besides that everything was clean and perfect!!! I will be coming back here for my birthday with my whole family….

We were a party of 6, no wait time (awesome). We were greeted and dearly immediately. Our server was so attentive, she thought about things before we needed it. We had 2 year old and she made sure her food came out first (we really appreciated that gesture). Everyone food was delicious. I have the Mexican Tortilla Salad, I shared with my mom. Great service! Paul was our server. He was kind and attentive. The food was good. We had carbonara pasta. It was okay. Not amazing. We had the truffle honey fried chicken. That was very good. The chicken was juicy and had great taste. The cheesecakes are always the highlight. No matter which one you get, you will love it! We had tiramisu and lemon meringue. I had, for drinks, the peach bellini, frozen! OMG! It was delicious!

Had a bit of an odd time at this location. While they did an outstanding job of placing us on a reservation for “the Birthday girl” (great table), a few things fell apart during service. While I admire servers who never write anything down, I found this time to be challenging as too many small items were forgotten (asked for more bread, steak sauce, and additional water). Having to remind servers of items previously asked for becomes daunting as you begin to appear as a nuisance.
