It is evident that this place doesn’t like to have brown people patronizing their establishment. My husband and I came in to dine in and were not treated like customers at all. They sat us in an area away from their other non-brown guests. Left us there until we noticed we wouldn’t get waited on for almost an hour, then we left. It’s unfortunate that place is a restaurant. Especially if you’re going to expect to maintain business for nonbrown people only!! First and last time will I ever come to Woburn, MA again. I will let every person I know while I was on vacation do not ever step foot in this establishment if they are ever in town.

I really enjoyed my meal. My appetizer was the garlic bread bruchetta. Only a minor complaint was the bread needs a bolder garlic flavor. My entree was a combination plate of baked ravioli chicken parm and a meatball. All were delicious. My server Reegan was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Woburn

Went to try this new location last night. It was a Monday night around 6 and there was may two tables in the restaurant and seven people at the bar. We sat at the bar. Tony was probably the rudest and worst bartender I have ever come across. His bar was literally deader than dead and he had a service bartender washing the glasses and making drinks and was still running around like a complete fool in the weeds. Time to retire buddy. It’s one thing to be busy and still be nice. You were neither of those. No wonder your bar is dead. We paid for out drinks and then went across the street to tavern in the square for dinner. Much better choice.

This was an awful experience. We waited over 45 minutes for our food because our waitress forgot to put our food order into the kitchen. Did not acknowledge her mistake. Then spent the rest of our time there barely paying attention to us. Had to ask multiple times for a box. Waited 20 minutes for a box. Had to ask for the check and remind once again for a box to leave. She had gone to the table beside us 4+ in the matter of all of this checking in on them but compleatly ignoring us. I would have more patience if it were a busy night but it was only us and two other tables eating. The rest of the place was empty. To top it all off the food was nothing special, raviolis were hard, eggplant parm was flat, Alfredo was dry and tasted like grease spent $75 for this awful service and terrible food for 2 people. I would give this experience a 0 but Google doesn’t allow…

The place looks great. Nice and bright and clean. Service could be a bit better at the bar. Had to ask to order dinner and took awhile to get a drink. Once I started getting service everything was great. Food was delicious. Had the lasagna. And it came out fairly quickly and hot.

We went in for Easter dinner, made a reservation at 4:30 ,which they never should have made, kitchen was closing at 5 sharp! Table was not ready at 4:30 which was fine , my sister was running late if course (5 minutes later ) . As soon as we , myself and husband were seated told kitchen was closing in 15 minutes! My sister’s were walking through the parking lot ,I could see them coming. We immediately ordered apps , then ordered food for all . Service was great ,our waitress explained we were last reservation and needed to be out quickly. We all enjoyed our food , as always food is pretty consistent at the Chateau. Normally not a review I would give , but from walking through the door to leaving at 6:20 everything was rushed . As someone that works in the food service industry I get it , but someone dropped the ball here . When my sister’s came in they were rudely greeted by host saying we close in 15 minutes, again I get it , but don’t take a reservation that late! We did enjoy our dinner and our waitress , but boy did all of my party feel uncomfortable. The Chateau will not be in my rotation of restaurants anymore, sad to say ,as we have been customers going back to the days in Waltham with the portraits of Italian/American celebrities in the wall . Do better Chateau! You lost a long time family of customers!

My Eggplant sandwich was a disappointment. Extremely too Thin slices of eggplant on top thick bread. I am easy to please but I would not go again for bad food at high prices.
