Love the vibe inside. Very nice and perfect for a nicer date night dinner or even lunch. Staff is excellent. The food was fantastic. You can buy the food from a meat market and take it home to cook it if you prefer. I had some wine and it was perfect. So delicious The pork chops are huge. You your looking for an upgraded meal experience with a nice atmosphere, then you should definitely consider The Cellar

The steak was delicious and huge. My ribeye was cooked medium just like I asked. The stuffed mushrooms and tuna dip were excellent. We had the key lime pie, bread pudding, and cream breaule for dessert, and all of them were great. The establishment sells wine out front and has a chiller and cork fee to drink it inside.

Ribeye was cooked well, very tender. Had an old fashion to drink average but still good. Overall would come back over and over. The bread pudding amazing!

Servers /waitresses are very sweet and nice and busy. They are working their rears off. I came here with expectations of a good steak. However I was sadly disappointed . It tasted about as bad as you can get. All I could taste is the burnt bottom of the steak. Literally had 0 flavor. I have never had a worse steak anywhere in my life. Where do they learn to cook?? How is it people come here for the steaks? Mine just tasted burnt and had no flavor and for $38 bucks it should be way better. I could only eat a few bites. And to be honest the place smelled kinda like a cellar . Very musty especially when you come in the entrance area. Or it could have been the bathrooms smelling I really honestly don’t know what else to say except my first and last time going

First off ordered a salad before my meal and it came literally in time to take 2 bites before the meal came. The burger that my 93 year old neighbor ordered was raw not medium to medium rare. Had to ask for a refill on tea was never offered one and the glass sat empty foreverand then the girl bartending kept eating behind the bar and it looked like she had a big ole jaw of chaw in her mouth. Very unprofessional in front of your bar of customers. Definitely not the service or food that the reviews state.

Had reservations for a party of 12. In the beginning the service was good. As the evening went on the server stopped checking on our table. While my food was good, my husbands fish was horrible (hard as a rock) and so was the other fish dinners. One of my friends burgers had cheese when she specifically ask for no cheese because she has a allergy. They took it back and scraped the cheese off partially and brought it back out! As we cashed out our server cashed us out with a attitude! This was my fist time here and based on this experience, I won’t be back!

We were on our way to dothan from fort gaines, Georgia. We were having a girl’s day out. We go to Dothan and saw the Cellar. Neither one of us had ever been. We decided to try it. We go in we get seated immediately. Our waitress came almost immediately. Very friendly. We ordered. I ordered the wedge salad with blackened chicken and roasted Brussels sprouts. My friend ordered homemade crab cakes and side Cesar salad. We waited and waited and waited. The waitress came back said sorry for the wait we have a private party in the back. Ok fine we said we weren’t in a hurry. However we waited and waited yet again. Saw a couple come in seated and ordered and got their meal almost immediately. I was like what?!?! So food finally arrived. I looked at the salad and it had a very small amount of chicken for the $6 it was to add it. On top of that it was processed chicken not fresh chicken. It was clearly from a bag u thaw and throw it in. It was cold. And not blackened. I told the waitress and she said sure it is. On the side that’s the seasoning. I said no it’s the balsamic glaze. And the salad was like soup salad. Blue cheese dressing was thin and runny. I couldn’t eat it. The Brussel sprouts finally came out. They were good. My friend said the crab cakes were subpar and her salad was also like soup. Soggy croutons. The waitress did say she was waiting for the Brussel sprouts to come out to serve the salad with. Wait. What? No they should have been brought out immediately. Also she did not once fill or ask my friend if she wanted a refill on her unsweetened iced tea. They did not charge me for my food. Thank goodness. Having a private party in the back is a poor excuse. Not my problem. Staff accordingly. Very unprofessional to even mention it.

Tonight was my wife birthday, and we decided to go to the Cellar to celebrate. Everything was going great until we found a bug in my drink. The waiter offered to remove the drink from the ticket, which I thought was the minimum they offer. The manager never came by to apologize for the incident or nothing.

This visit was a group gathering….. the room was rented, not by me, but it was 2 hours before food was brought…. could have been the plan. It was very long tho. Food is usually pretty good, I’ve only been there at lunch and had sandwiches.
