Very nice and friendly staff. Nice array of indoor and outdoor seating. Fajitas were good but rice and beans I have had better but Weren’t bad though. Would def. Eat here here again. I found this place because of google reviews so I hope if you are looking for a good Mexican spot, this place was pretty good.

Nice outdoor atmosphere. Very good service. Queso was so so. Tamale overcooked and too hard to eat. The other plates were nicely filled and visually appealing. My daughter enjoyed feeding the black birds.

I never like to give a three star review but unfortunately we had a bad experience at this restaurant for the third time. This last time we were there the food came out cold, and it took a very long time to get served. I remember when this place made really good tasting food and now it’s definitely gone a different direction. Besides that the atmosphere the ambience and the decor is great not to mention all the staff and people working there are super nice.

I told my waiter that I would give him a good review and here I am giving him a good review. Here it goes to our best waiter: Leo! He was very nice and super funny and definitely made our experience so much better! The whole staff was absolutely great, the service was great, everything was overall great!

Fantastic food, ambience and feel. The place is not too far from the Golden gate Bridge and it was not crowded at all on a weekday for lunch. The food portions are just right and the cocktails are also great. There is ample amount of parking and it’s kid-friendly. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy Mexican food.

My first time to try this place and it didn’t disappoint me. Their Mexican calamari is so appetizing. I’m a pescatarian and they have a lot of options for me to choose

There are plenty of photos and reviews that I am posting to share why I stop in at The Cantina. It is perfectly situated on East Blithedale Ave where I spend a lot of time hiking and running errands. We often hike the Summit Trailhead, then dog (and car) wash across the street before stopping in for a late afternoon snack .

Meh, fine. The good — Great service. Chips excellent. Salsa pretty good, too heavy on oregano, not hot enough. Chili relleno pretty good as was the sweet corn cake. The bad — The food came out scary fast… I’m talking like less than 5 minutes after ordering for entrees – not made to order it seems. The fajitas were meh – chicken dry. Beans and rice fine not great. Guac also just fine. But for a $70 tab we left feeling disappointed and like the food was overpriced for the quality. Won’t return even tho our waiter David was very nice and good at his job.

Waiter wasn’t helpful and very inattentive. Chips and salsa just ok and cost extra. Margarita was not good and tasted like salt even with a no salt rim. Told the waiter and he just said well they didn’t salt the rim. Maybe the mix had salt in it but it was terrible… unexpectedly so with such a long list of margaritas…which is why we chose this place. Nachos ok but not enough cheese. Green sauce very bland. Wouldn’t return.
