Not too many places to eat around Diamondhead, but this place should be at the top of your list if you’re in the area. Beautiful views of the bayou from just about any seat in the restaurant, but they even offer outdoor seating if you prefer. Super cool bar area with the porthole type windows give it a neat ship effect. Surprised it wasn’t busier honestly, at dinner time. Food was great!! Ahi tuna was seared perfectly, Crab cakes were a mix of shredded crab meat & redfish, but the pecan smoked wings in dry rub were maybe the best I’ve ever had!!! Filet had great flavor, & I LOVED the roasted brussel sprouts!! Would come back to Diamondhead just to eat here.

Food was delicious and delivered quickly. I got the grilled redfish poboy, absolutely loved it. The crab cakes were a great appetizer and can’t beat that view of the marsh!

The shrimp tacos are absolutely to die for! Grilled or fried they’re absolutely breathtaking!!! The atmosphere and overall vibe of the upstairs is comparable to that of a nice homey kitchen with your grandma cooking for you. Chris, our waiter, was absolutely amazing. His attention to us and personable personality made me and my accompanying guests feel so welcome! I would definitely come back! 5 stars

The Camphouse one of the new restaurants in Diamondhead..and I love the atmosphere,clean and not crowded..especially when it comes to food Oh yeah!so good..sorry I forgot to took a picture some of our food like fried mushrooms and one of the specialty. Stopped for lunch on our way to the beach. Everything we ordered was excellent! Burger, shrimp poboy with onion rings, 2 of the flatbreads, chicken strips. We will definitely stop here again! Seemed a little short staffed, but the two waitresses we encountered were very pleasant and accommodating!!!

Wow, wow , wow. If you are staying or just driving on I-10. It is a must stop. They smoke their meats, steaks, seafood, and sandwiches with many gluten-free options , a full bar, and a great view. Service was fast, and they knew their kitchen staff could help with any dietary needs. What find and right off the exit, with super easy access and parking. Outdoor dining!!!!!
