So disappointed in my overall experience. Food was very salty from the steak to the vegetables. Mashed potatoes were over whipped and more like cream of wheat with tons of salt. I ordered the wagyu ribeye and it had a very large vein running through it and made the steak difficult to cut with a steak knife and incredibly hard to chew. When I advised the waiter, he felt the need to explain to me what the ribeye was ‍♀️…as if I was new to the cut at 49 years of age . He made no attempt to correct the issue and just walked away. Yet, his gratuity was included in the check total. Perhaps that’s why he could care less if I actually got to eat anything for dinner. Which I can honestly say I ate 3 bites of tough wagyu steak, 2 small pieces of blah asparagus and one single bite of overly salted cream of wheat potatoes. I left starving and very unsatisfied. Thank goodness I was going to the breakers for Brunch the next afternoon!! (The breakers brunch was much more satisfying and worth all $1025 we spent there!!) Your loss butcher club and specifically our server, Alex because had he been more attentive I ALWAYS tip very well!

This place far exceeded expectations. From the service with our waiter Lebeau to the AMAZING food and atmosphere. This has been by far my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach. The Caesar salad and jalapeño poppers to start were incredible. The chef here has creations unlike any other place. The snow crab appetizer is a little small but delicious. The purée potato’s…omg. If you love mashed potatoes and potato soup then you will love this! We loved it so much we ordered it twice. Can’t say enough great things but trust me, must try!

Celebrated one of my best friends birthday here. They were gracious enough to let me come in early and decorate the table. Service was great and food was very good. I am allergic to mushrooms and it would have been nice to have options that left truffle oil off. Dessert menu wasn’t as strong as it could have been. Will definitely be going back.

The staff was friendly upon arrival. Our server Jennifer is knowledgeable on the menu and wine selections. She was professional throughout the evening. The tomahawk steak presentation was impressive and the meat did not disappoint. The butchers club definitely prices itself to be a high-end restaurant. My only drawback is the noise level. It was incredibly loud and difficult to have normal conversation. As other tables got louder it became a room full of shouting. If someone is looking for a romantic dining experience this may not be the best option. Overall strong effort to deliver on quality.
