I just tried Bus Stop Bistro for the first time and thought it was very good. There were many menu items that sounded good to me, so I will definitely have to come back and try some other things. However on this lunchtime visit I started with a cup of Shrimp and Corn Bisque and the. Had the Cowboy Burger (add Bacon and Pickle) and fries. The bisque had a little too much salt, but otherwise the texture and flavors were spot on. The burger was excellent and I surprisingly loved the garlic cream cheese dipping sauce. I look forward to exploring more of the menu and possibly brunch here as well.

Bus Stop Bistro NEVER disappoints. Brunch with their new pain perdu with banana and cookie butter, the andouille omelet, the florentine omelet and last but no least, the hibiscus mimosas! Ah-may-zing!!!!! Stop by as soon as you can. Bus Stop Bistro on University in Carencro.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! I ordered the cowboy with fried chicken instead of a burger and it was hands down, the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The fries with the garlic aoli sauce was beyond delicious too. And we also ordered the Monte christo (I believe it was called), and it was fantastic! Service was great and I will definitely be going back!

It’s a house that has been turned into a restaurant. The side room echoes the noise making it loud. The service and food is definitely worth another visit.

Wonderful experience. The owner was great to talk to and learn about there history. Tomato soup was top notch. Ribeye was cooked properly. Bread pudding was different but delicious. Definitely would recommend trying, The Bus Stop !!

This will be my spot for: 1. Spinach Dip (spinach dip covers a piece of thick tasteless : that I could have done without. I didn’t know it was prepared that way) and 2. The carrot cake (minus the fried carrot strips)–don’t mess with perfection–the carrot cake/delicious icing is the best, ever!

I ordered the Cowboy burger and a side of fries. The burger patty was ok, but not great, however the rest of the burger parts (bbq sauce, cheese, bun, etc) were excellent. The fries were seasoned and were very good. While the fries were good alone, I did dip them into the aioli sauce. I left happy.
