This is hard to review. I was really excited about trying this place out. It was my first time being there, and I ordered a Shack Burger and some perogies that guy offered to make on the grill with onions, which I thought was nice. They don’t have a sit-down area for takeout, so I told them I would wait in their eating area. I waited an hour for my food to be done, in which time the owner came out a few times, the waitress Seated a group of 3 guys who ordered and ate all their food, another group was seated, and one of the employees went in and out of the bathroom several times while cleaning it all in the time I was sitting in there at an empty table waiting for my food to be done.

I can’t believe it took me this long to remember to review them, this place is absolutely amazing. The owner is literally the sweetest person on the planet, she treats everyone like a neighbor and the food is absolutely delicious. They can cook a burger *properly* from rare to well done anything you want and their fries are phenomenal. The buns they use for their burgers and the rolls they use for their sandwiches is always fresh and substantial, they don’t fall apart from the juice of your burger or whatever your eating. All and all, go there, take your mother your father your cousins everyone you know. Support this 10 star business

That was hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had. I had a pulled turkey wrap that absolutely blew my mind. Some super fresh fries and wonderful service. The manager served us and he was so kind and welcoming. We will be coming back!

The Burger Shack has dine-in again! I’ve been waiting to stop in here for a while as their burger menu looked very strong, but they have only been open for takeout in the last few years. Parking lot is not large, but the interior has more seating than you would expect. Other items they have include Vegetarian/Vegan options, Wraps, Salads, Various Sandwiches, and Hot Dogs. I ordered the Gyro Burger which came with Fries. The soda fountain has yet to be hooked up, but they have bottled Coke and Pepsi products.

I cannot exaggerate how good this place is! The food is amazing. I keep trying new dishes and each time find a new favorite. Their monthly specials are ridiculously good (if they ever do the grilled cheese burger again it’s a MUST EAT) and they keep coming up with creative ideas. Their ingredients are fresh and the only thing better than the food is the people! Really lovely team that makes you feel at home. If you haven’t been here yet, all I can say is “what are you waiting for?”

This place was way better than I expected. From the outside it looks like your run of the mill burger stop, but the quality of the food says otherwise. At around 10 per burger the price was definitely worth it. Aside from the food, the entire place, including the bathroom, was very clean. I was very comfortable with the furniture and the lighting, and the service was amazing as well. I’ll definitely be making more trips here in the future.

Amazing! Stumbled upon this place while at the mall. Didn’t want to go to a boring chain restaurant so google pointed us to this gem. So pleasantly surprised. Great service. Everyone is so happy and cheerful! The food is even better than the attitudes! Huge menu with something for everyone. Perogies were so good we ordered more to take home. Burgers were cooked perfectly. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Everything is made with love. Nice size dining area. Staff comes out to check on you multiple times. Even outdoor seating!
