We ordered burgers and sides for the family. My burger was pretty good, but unfortunately my kids burgers were too dry, the lettuce was rotting, around the edges, and my wife’s Bleu cheese burger didn’t have much Bleu cheese. Not impressed.

I have heard good things, so probably a one off experience. My burger was way over cooked. I felt bad for the one employee working and figured he was trying to juggle a lot so I didn’t want to bug him about it.

We ordered delivery, but did not receive the food we ordered. I don’t know whose order of food it was, but it wasn’t ours. Both burgers we ordered were wrong, and they did not include the sides we had ordered and paid for. Their phone number rings with no one answering it, until either it cuts off, or a weird message to enter an access code plays, then hangs up. I have texted them, emailed them, and sent them messages on their website, and have gotten NO RESPONSE. I paid for food I never got, and the food I got was wrong. I want my money back, but have gotten no response in any way from Burger Lab. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company and have them refund the cost and let them deal with it. Stay away from this establishment.

We saw the menu online, loved the choices, the website said it was open, we drove 20 minutes, arriving a couple of minutes before 2pm only to find it was closed. An employee showed up a couple of minutes later, slid open the glass door and told us they’d be open at 2:45. Needless to say, we were disappointed and ate somewhere else. I have to imagine many in the crowded courtyard made the same decision as us.

5/26/2023 – We stopped by, enticed by the menu. Only to find it not open at 1:58pm and the guy saying it wouldn’t be open until 2:45. Very disappointing. The courtyard was full of people. Too bad they missed out on all the potential business and positive word of mouth.

We are big fans of this place! FoCo restaurant scene is improving for sure, but we have definitely needed more and better burger options. The menu is creative and still has something for everyone. Best burgers in town!
