Cheap but horrible quality. Now I understand why they didn’t just make this Smokey bones, you get your food from the Smokey bones restaurant, it seems they just launched this brand for online orders. So now they can provide even worse quality food than a chain restaurant but not take a hit damaging the national brand that they probably just franchise. Just my suspicion but the food is trash. Also no one even acknowledges your presence when you go to get the order. I’ll add my food was cold and I picked it up 10 minutes after I ordered it which is kind of hard to believe that they cooked it. It tastes like they reheated something that’s been sitting out all day.

The food is good but the service is beyond despicable they constantly are misbagging or leaving out items you pay for they don’t know how to treat there customers with respect and its really vexing because i feel like this place could really excel if the employees to their jobs seriously i doubt management even reads these but if you do please the bare minimum customer service goes an extremely long way
