We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service! We ordered couple dishes! Since I can’t eat avocado they gave me a tray of salsa all of them were very good!

Though I am always hesitant to write a negative review – I feel like I need to for this place. We had Grubhub deliver our first order from here and we were excited to try something new. Once it showed up, the guac and salsa were pretty tasty. Then we tried the other items, here is the summary: the Patacones were way overcooked and had minimal plantains, the beef was dried out and rubbery, the Birria had no sauce, and the ceviche made me sick (and still am) ~ not kidding. Overall, I think they some some major quality issues to address and kinks to work out. I would suggest waiting to order (or not ever ordering) from this place. They are seriously gonna hurt someone sending out food (like the ceviche) that isn’t cooked correctly. Sorry to be negative but we need others to be made aware. And before anyone suggests “it was delivered” and the appearance can’t be helped, I know this…but the quality just wasn’t what it should be.

Came here for the first time with my bf bc we like to try new places. This restaurant is so cute, and modern. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lots of great food options. and house-made drinks. I had the ceviche and it was delicious. Nachos were banging- wish there were more. Portion size was great. Everyone needs to try something here. We will be coming back!

Service is nice, clearly the servers are still new to the menu so be patient. Most things I wanted were not available. Atmosphere is great, music is fun but my desire to dance with my girlfriend was ruined by the food. On average between appetizers and drinks you will spend 20-30 dollars per person. Therefore, my set of expectations is that the food should be freshly made. The food we received was not, fresh, clearly it had been sitting somewhere, it was merely reheated and flavors left much to be desired. In summary, I would wait until you give this place a shot, plenty of issues are there still being worked out.

I never post reviews, but I had to for this place. Best food in Blacksburg, hands down. The tacos are my favorite, and the Pozole is fantastic as well. Horchata is a must-have, and they do it right! Authentic food and an awesome venue, with super friendly people – can’t wait to see it grow!

Loved the experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the vibe, and food. Tacos are smaller, but incredibly flavor packed. Very glad that Blacksburg has this spot now! They only have one Vegetarian entree, but I really enjoyed it.

I had an extraordinary dining experience at The Burg, where the ceviche truly stood out. The ceviche was a burst of flavors, fresh and delightful. However, the huancaína sauce accompanying the dish left something to be desired. While it had potential, it lacked the desired level of chile and flavor that would have complemented the side of yucca perfectly. Nonetheless, the overall meal was a delicious journey of taste, and I’d gladly return for the exceptional ceviche.
