A MUST stop when visiting downtown BV! The best burger I’ve had in Colorado so far! Fresh ingredients and best little burger wraps to catch all your drops of goodness! Plenty of outdoor seating and cool music playing overhead. Go get some NOW!!!

Been here about four times. The food is consistently delicious. We love the outdoor seating since we have a dog. Everything I’ve tried here has been surprisingly good. Plus there is a bar whipping up cocktails!

They were out of everything and didn’t ask how I wanted my burger cooked so it can a little more bloody than I care for but overall it was good .

Definitely my go-to after any adventure! (…or if I just get a lunch break at work). Best burgers ever! If you see a long line don’t let that deter you. The service is speedy and the staff is amazing. There’s also a bar attached to their patio so you can enjoy a tasty beverage while you wait in line. You won’t regret stopping here! …..unless you live elsewhere and now compare every other burger to this one and will never be satisfied again.

I hate to say it, but the quality at this spot isn’t what it should be given the popularity / hype. I know the restaurant is about to take over a new, larger, permanent space, and perhaps things will change when they have a full kitchen, but a significant portion of the current menu is just reheated or “doctored up” frozen / pre-bagged foods. (The burgers seem to be the focus / favorite, so perhaps it’s a matter of narrowing the rest of the menu items?) But the staff is very nice and the current location is great for sitting outside / bringing kids, etc.

Great place, kinda hard to find the first time you go but that’s what makes it a hidden gem!!! We ordered ahead and food was delicious (better of course if you eat there). In the past have truly enjoyed hanging out and eating there. The only reason didn’t give all 5 stars is there was no clear spot to pick up to go orders and the line was almost out to parking lot. But, a big thank you to the local couple that let me get to the front of the line to pick up our food!

Update 7/27: after posting the first review, Buena Viking reached out to us and gave us a gift card, which we will definitely use! Am giving them 5 stars now. Can’t beat good customer service and great burgers!

This is definitely a fun spot. The outdoor atmosphere and music are awesome. The burgers are extremely good (but a little on the pricey side just to be prepared). Also, there are no options for water or to fill up your bottle. I wanted water for me and the Littles and they only had the liquid death waters which isn’t exactly what we wanted. Overall, would go back because it was really good, just need to be prepared with drinks and for the price.

I had a really good naked Viking cheeseburger here. The tater tots were also awesome. Be prepared to wait if you go there around dinner time like we did. The food is made fresh and worth the wait either way.
