Pulled pork, ribs, fried chicken, you can buy whole smoked chickens!!! Corn bread, mac n cheese, brisket FRIES!!!! you will not be disappointed!!!! I am a big bbq fan and this was possibly the best BBQ I’ve had in the tri-state area. Awesome pulled pork sandwich and really unique, meaty chicken tenders. Fries were great too.

Ok they weren’t lying , Newark is ran by Portuguese bbq but I wanted real southern bbq… and this man knows what he’s doing !!!! The chicken sliders didn’t make it home , very good , I’d even throw some pickles on them … I get home to the Mac , beans , brisket , cornbread and everything is good and flavorful … keep it up , wishing a full recovery to the place and menu 🙂

What a find! The BBQ from the Brisket Guy is some of the best I’ve ever had. The brisket was perfectly cooked and the ribs were so tender. The staff is very helpful and I was fortunate enough to meet the owner Trey who was so kind and taught my niece a great lesson in entrepreneurship.

Ordered a pound of brisket and a side of coconut spinach. Got home to find the side was ordinary rice. The brisket is delicious, as always, but I can prepare more rice for less money. I guess I should check the order BEFORE I take it home.
