If you like ice cream AND great homemade food items then this is a stop for you. They also have egg creams, shakes, malts and phosphates! They make the majority of their fountain syrups in house and have Sprecher’s Root Beer syrup, in addition. Homemade soups are served hot and timely. Burgers, Blue Plate Dinners, hot and cold sandwiches. All-in-all well worth the 8 miles detour poff of I-80, do not miss this great stop. The service is top shelf and the restaurant is very clean and bright. You can tell the owners take pride in providing great food at a reasonable price. Make the effort and visit here often. Only open a month and still working out the kinks of who has which table to wait on. No wait to be seated, yet people seated after us were waited on first. Once we placed our order, food was delivered quickly and looked/tasted fabulous! Thick bacon, great cheeseburger and loads of fries! Waited again to get a refill…after talking to 3 servers. Dessert was enough to share. Very family friendly atmosphere!

Visited for the first time in May and can’t wait to go again! I ordered the salted caramel malt and it was, hands down, the best malt I ever had! Indulged in a chili dog and fries, which were good, but their malts and shakes are the big draw and totally worth it! Cute decor, friendly staff. Totally worth the trip if you live out of town. Solon is known for its local eateries and The Brass Fountain is a great addition to the lineup.

They were closing early tonight, so we didn’t want to bother and were set to walk away, the server came out and told us it was no problem and we were seated!!!! Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Service was quick and the pickle dusting is phenomenal.

Best restaurant we’ve been to in a long time! The bacon cheeseburgers we got were phenomenal with lots of flavor. The dill dust on the fries give them a subtle flavor but not overpowering! The dill potato salad was some of the best I’ve ever had; the potatoes are still crunchy and great dill flavor, less mayo flavor. The sweet corn soup also had great flavor! The cocktails were nicely done as they all have house made syrups. I got the strawberry vodka lemonade and gin rickey. They were strong but still had lots of taste! They also have a great selection of local brews. We finished with Bananas Foster shake and the Jerk malt. Delicious! The bartender was knowledgeable and the server was very charming as well as she got everything in our extensive order correct the first time. The atmosphere reminds you of what a hip 50s diner/ice cream shop might look like – down to the oldies music. Fantastic atmosphere and food. We will definitely be back when in the mood for great cocktails, burger and shake! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. They have some of the best food I’ve had in awhile in terms of burger/shake joints that aren’t a major fast food chain. The decor is to die for. It’s both classy and trendy, but still holds welcoming, small town vibes.

Food was ok. Burger was bland. Pickle fries were good, but my partners fries were the plain and they were cold. I think they let his sit. His Blt was also ridiculous, piled up too big and very dry. Pricy for lackluster food.

Fantastic burgers and chicken fingers. Each order comes with a HUGE order of fries on the side. Tried both the Buffalo and Pickle dusting – highly recommended. Pretzel bites were also fantastic and perfectly done. We will be back. Loved the burgers! So Good.
