Normally great food, service an drinks. We faithfully choose this establishment over any big chain corporation. However Paige will probably ruin this business with the unprofessional attitude unfriendliness and poor service. Sad to see a great local business diminish due to one bad employee.

Kitchy, pretentious, mediocre. Staff/owner is unprofessional, slammed door on me as I was trying to ask a question. It was almost exactly 5 o’clock but that’s no excuse to act so rude. Everything about this place is mediocre AT BEST. The coffee is awful, the chai is even worse, and the baked goods are no better. There’s clearly a reason I’ve never heard anyone say “you have to go to the branch!” Go to Europa instead and give your money to a real business that tries.

The people at the Branch Bistro were so kind and welcoming. I had a Greek salad that was beautiful and tasty. I stayed there a little while, as I needed to get some work done using their WIFI. What a great space and better people. I have a new favorite coffee shop and lunch spot.

First time visiting today and I have finally found my coffee shop! Had a cappuccino and it was delicious and only $3 which is almost half of the big chain coffee shops, you know who I’m talking about!! Staff was extremely friendly and even after I had ordered 2 more people checked to see if I’d been helped. Now that I’ve found my place I can’t wait to try the food all of which looked delicious. It was nice to be in such nice and serene Christian environment, extremely comfortable.
