We were seated right away (party of 11) and that’s where the good part of this review ends. The staff seemed flustered and extremely unorganized. They took our order two times before they got it submitted to the kitchen. Once the food was done and delivered to us they forgot two orders of steak. They did not pick up on the mistake until told so. It took 20-25 minuets to get the two steaks one of which was asked for medium rare and the steak came out dry and cooked through. When the checks came out to the two people who they forgot about and a improperly cooked steak still tried charging full price until notified. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived at the boxcar it was going great, until we started ordering food. Two of my friends food came out 30 minutes after everyone else was served. When the waitress realized these two guys had not been served they had the nerve to come back and ask what they had ordered. This is when their meal was put in. The steaks did not come out like they should have. Gavin ordered a steak medium rare and it came out charred. I don’t recommend this place, unless of course you are coming for a jack and coke, which was descent.

Horrible. Went with my group of 11. Got my food long after the rest after they claimed the computer messed up. After they had to take our order twice. When I finally got my food it wasn’t cooked right. Chose to bite my tongue cause I just wanted to eat. Food was mediocre at best. Their “strip” is certainly not a strip. And even after a terrible experience their fix was 25% off. I’m sure they’ll be out of business before I get a chance to go back.

My food was great. But my buddies food didn’t come out until about 30 mins after a table of 11 of us total (9 got their food). Alcohol took forever to be served. We were, more or less, put on the back burner. (No pun intended).

Poor service, food was ok, and staff where friendly but it’s like they never worked hospatatly before. Would not recommend, not worth the drive.
