We had a very nice dinner. The food was good. The croissants were AWESOME! Hot fresh and favorable. I guess I was expecting a little better seafood. My shrimp and grits were a little watery and the gumbo is not what I would call a traditional gumbo. The chicken tender platter was huge and the chicken was very moist. The crab cakes were very good and would order those next time we visit.

Really beautiful place! Loved the atmosphere. The calamari was really good, as well as the crab bites! I got the Whiskey Creek Pasta as an entree, and wow! It was definitely mediocre. The pasta was overcooked and so bland. The chicken was okay. The sauce was relatively bland as well. I’m not sure if they omit salt? Either way, I couldn’t finish it. Adding salt helped, but the overcooked pasta was fighting with my palate. My son’s side of Alfredo pasta was also extremely bland. Our waitress was also horrible, for lack of a better word. I couldn’t even express my dissatisfaction with the food bc she never came back for over 25 minutes. When she finally came back, I was ready to go. I told her the food was not very good. She didn’t even acknowledge it and left. She seemed very distracted and didn’t seem very friendly. It was pretty off-putting, considering everyone else around seemed to have great waitresses. The reviews seemed great, which is why we wanted to try, but very disappointed with the whole experience.

We love the boundary house. Their croissants are SO SO good. They have a great atmosphere and lots of fun beachy drinks. I usually like their Caesar salad and their steaks are good too. I had the breaded pork chop and it was amazing!!!

Awesome experience at Boundary House! Our server, Cierra, was fast, attentive and knowledgeable. She checked in regularly and smiled often 🙂 It’s so nice to have a waitress notice things like your ice melting so she drops off a cup without being prompted. She also preemptively asked what condiments would be needed as she took our order which ensured we had what we needed when the food arrived and not after the fact. Excellent server!

We came in straight from the beach so we’re glad of the outdoor seating option. The servers were great…all courses were timed perfectly. We had blackened scallops, crabcakes and the Cajun seafood pasta. Loved each dish…well seasoned, hot and delicious! For this quality be prepared to pay a bit more than regular fried seafood. Wish they offered wine…

We visited this place for dinner on the last night of our recent weekend getaway to Sunset Beach. We arrived at 5PM to beat the crowds but this place was already packed on a Sunday night. After a 20 minute wait we we’re seated and the place was packed. Locals and tourists all enjoying the unique decor, great food and drinks, and great service. The home made croissants are so good we ordered a batch to go for breakfast the next day. This is one of those places that puts a unique spin on just about everything you order and we love that. Combine the great food with the great service from our knowledgeable waitress and we were very pleased with our experience. The next time we are in this neck of the woods we’re definitely coming back!
