Lovely. That is the word I think best describes this jewel. Ambiance is lovely, food is lovely, drinks are lovely, staff is lovely you get the drift.

Came for restaurant week with some girlfriends and had a great experience overall. We wanted to try all the cocktails and mostly did between the 4 of us. The Fig Thyme Martini and the Fireside Chat were everyone’s favorites. The small plates were all outstanding but the entrees were not as good. Still good, but not the same as the small plates. Dessert was underwhelming but it’s restaurant week so I’ll give them a pass. Overall, great value for the food we got and a good time.

My husband and I arrived at 5:30 p.m. and were promptly seated at a table just outside of the kitchen. Our kind and attentive waitress explained the specials for the evening and soon delivered our drinks. We ordered the appetizer special, which was what they called a brie baked Wellington. It came with two puff pastry-wrapped brie and duxelles Wellingtons drizzled with a warm honey glaze. It was very enjoyable but cost nearly $20 (Sorry, no picture!). For our entrees, I ordered the paella and my husband the ramen. Mind you, we did finish our meals, but were extremely underwhelmed by the taste. The food was fresh and came out hot, but for nearly $30 a plate, we should have been blown away. My husband said the egg was overcooked and wished he had more broth. While the scallops in my dish were seared nicely, the dish lacked flavor, and the shrimp should have been twice the size for a $29 plate. Overall, for a $120 bill with tip, we were very disappointed and do not intend to return anytime soon. There are plenty of other restaurants in Belmont that will serve you better food for half the price.

Always have great service and excellent meals here! They change their menu pretty often, so love getting to try new things each time I’m in town!

Made a reservation during restaurant week for 5. Food was beautifully prepared and the drinks were well made. The only complaints were the scallops tasted burnt and when it was raised to the waiter there was no offer to replace the dish. The Carmel sauce for the peach kouchen tasted burnt as well. The cake was very dry and in comparison to the chocolate cake it was lackluster. Given that this was restaurant week on a Saturday evening, it was really busy. Our table was outside in what appeared to be a walk way without any fans or umbrellas like the other outside seats. There were flies everywhere because of it. I will not be coming back for their regular service.

Absolutely delicious food! Every morsel from our small plates, mains and dessert were perfect. Whitney was wonderful and made great suggestions. The atmosphere is casual and fun and very unpretentious. The outdoor space is amazing and would be so fun with family or friends. This is our new go to restaurant when we want an amazing meal without all the stuffiness most 5 star restaurants possess.

Other than looking like your typical suburban home this place is full service awesome. The staff is knowledgeable friendly and prompt (but not smothering). The food is fantastic, wine and bourbon selection are top notch and atmosphere will keep you entertained for hours. The backyard fire pit and outdoor seating is great but bring sunglasses if you’re there before sundown . Great place to entertain guests or customers when in Belmont.

Been here multiple times, we love how the menu creatively changes each visit. Loved the banh cha ha noi spin, the appetizer with the strawberries and shishito peppers, the fish, and the schnitzel. Wide selection of drinks; the staff offers great pairing suggestions!

I met my parents in Belmont to celebrate my birthday – they are locals and suggested Bottle Tree. So glad they did! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. I ordered chard and wild mushroom enchiladas and we shared a bread basket. The flavors were rich; the presentation thoughtful and artistic. Bonus: Prosecco served in coupe glasses made my standard dinner beverage seem a little more elegant. The setting is a converted house – it is small and intimate inside, but an expansive outdoor area allows for more covered seating overlooking an enormous oak tree. Give this place a try!! It is not inexpensive but their quantities and quality far exceeds their pricing.
