Fried shrimp was cooked to perfection, fish was overcooked. The German chocolate cake wqs absolutely delicious. Pistolette ( seafood) was tasty

The service is solid. The space is clean. The breakfast is good. The sausage links are excellent. They’re packed with cajun flavor. The have a few different pistolettes. They’re all really good. If I’m back in the area, I’m dining here again.

Went in about 1230 and lunch buffet was already being taken down so we were offered a menu. I ordered the crawfish etoufe and was severely disappointed. If I had not ordered etoufe I would have never guessed that was what they plated. The sauce was a clumpy paste and the crawfish were over cooked.

Great lunch buffet. I think the price is reasonable. About $12. I had fried catfish and a bunch of crawfish ettoufe and a bunch of sides. Buffet included dessert. I had brownie with chocolate pudding. Everything was tasty

The crawfish Étouffée had a very sour taste to it rated 2/10 one of the worst I’ve had unfortunately and the chicken and sausage gumbo I couldn’t even get past the smell of it smelled like bacon grease was used in it. The best parts of those two meals were literally the saltine crackers and the house salad. The rice was also very crunchy.

Crawfish was good. Fresh made to order. It was lightly dusted but didn’t need it. Staff was friendly despite showing up late. Place closes at 2pm Definetly a diamond off the beaten path.

I stopped in here for lunch with two of my colleagues. I had the lunch buffet which had catfish nuggets, whole catfish, corn, crawfish etouffee, two different puddings, salad, hush puppies and an incredible butter pecan cake. I think it was $10.95 for the Buffet. They do serve beer here I saw mostly domestics. I will definitely be back. Maybe I’ll go when they’re serving boiled crawfish.

Food was ok. Really no flavor. The lady helping was was nice and the only one who made us feel welcomed but whoever the Little girl young lady whatever just the look alone she gave us when we walked was very rude. Like we didn’t belong but I was going to stay anyway because this place had good reviews. The food didn’t match what the reviews said though.

They have a small buffet (about $10 a person), a small market where they sell meats and sausages and homemade baked goods, and then the restaurant park. There were several tables, and you just seat yourself. I ordered a small chicken and sausage gumbo ($5.75) and half pound of boiled shrimp ($7.98). I thought the gumbo was a good amount and good price, but could have a little more flavor. The boiled shrimp was great! Service was eh. The waitress brought my drink and then my food -along with my ticket (you bring the ticket up to the check out counter) and that was the last time I saw her. No refill even though my water glass was empty, and no checking to make sure everything was okay.
